right now steph is more dangerous than lebron. i don't think anyone can rationally dispute that.

with that said, steph has a long way to go to achieve the status lebron has.

not even top 3.

curry took brons spot a yr ago. now he's showing you why he's the most feared man in the nba.
How did he overtake brons spot when Lebron was the best play in be finals just 5 months ago

Because he wasn't. That overrated chucker shot his team out of a championship.

The only reason lebron isn't 1a, 1b with mj is because of his passive mentality.

This is the exact **** I'm talking about.

Don't mention LeBron in the same breath as MJ ever again. Ol' cakewalk to the finals *** boy.

Yikes.

As of right now

Steph Curry is surging and Lebron is on the Physical decline

But if you compare both of their overall careers

LBJ by a landslide

accurate post by a non biased NTer

well said my man

 @ calling a LeBron stan objective.

This is really the only valid criticism of LeBron. He has benefited from a weak *** eastern conference lol.

But the fact that he has 2 rings you can't hold on to that to much. If he was still ringless it would be a different story.

lebron is a great player dont get me wrong but to call yourself the king and lose 3 times in the finals is unacceptable... its one thing to lose in the finals because not everyone is undefeated unless your MJ but to be the best player in your generation and come up short in the chip is unacceptable...and the sad thing is he can only have a chance to win a chip if he has a stacked team and thats not even guaranteed...every time lebron had to win a chip or be in contention he had to join an already stacked team in miami and when he went back to cleveland kyrie was already there and he talked to love about being traded there

steph already has a ring so his career is already good and the 1 mvp from last year doesnt hurt either... but he has to win consistently to be considered 1 of the greatest...he will be in his prime a long time compared to lebron because of how easy he scores and controls the game and doesnt rely on his athleticism

he wasn't. the was the best athlete. not the best player.

there's a difference that I think a lot of people misinterpret when it comes to lbj.

he's still one of the greatest athletes in the League, but his place as being the best player is dropping.

This ain't 2006...Lebron has shown he's more than just the best athlete..That sounds riduclous.
Lebron has one of the highest IQs of any NBA player ever.

This.
No disrespect to curry but the way some guys are bandwagoning keeps my eyes roll like crazy XD lebron was great since his rookie season. I think there was never so much pressure and hype on a nba rookie than on lebron.
His game was already very mature at his age.

If scoring much means the best player how come MJ was not crowned as the best in 1987 and 1988 when he averaged 37 / 35 ppg?
Because basketball is much more than being a fancy scorer.

What will happen if you trade steph for lebron? Same line up, what will be the result?

Or what would have happened if last final series love and kyrie would be playing but klay and igoudala sidelined?

Winning 2 against a team like the Warriors with your 2nd and 3rd best scorers sidelined was quite a miracle. I expected 4-0.

even though it was debatable with media outlets and fans, it was widely know as early as 1987 among players and coaches that michael jordan was the best singular player in the league.

to debate with NTers that have extreme salt level content for one player or another is useless. think about some of the things you read in the past few pages regarding why curry is better than lebron james:

curry is a better defensive player than lebron
because curry shoots the ball better that makes him better than lebron
posting ridiculous videos of lebron playing defense and literally 90 percent of the videos plays have nothing to do with lebrons perceived lack of defensive prowess.
bring up lebrons 2-4 finals record as if it matters within context of the question.
posting up ridiculous stats like who eliminated the most 50 win teams
say pass first point guards dont win championships
not even willing to give credit where its due, talking lebron down to the point to saying that the only thing is good at is being athletic
giving dellavadova and mosgov full credit for why the cavs were up 2-1 after 3 games in the series and calling LBJs stats "hollow"

while i have seen a few relevant points made by a few NTers, those same NTers use these same asinine talking points and it shows that they truly have hate in their blood for lebron and in addition have no real understanding of the game of basketball
