Wowzerz I'm Muslim and strangely had no idea all those lines were in the Quran. Had I know all of that, I would have been on the first plane to Syria years ago! thanks bro, going to stop pursuing med school right now and get my virgins bro. Seriously you just changed my life I had no idea that stuff was there, all those rewards man. I'm going to tell all my muslim friends and family tomorrow and surely every single one of them will drop everything they're doing and join too.
Especially my one friend. His whole family was killed in an indiscriminate bombing by the US trying to take down a military target. He had an older cousin that he looked up to growing up that joined a faction and got himself killed in battle. He has no money, and there is zero hope where he lives, just death, dirt, and a corrupt government in the pockets of Western countries. All he ever talks about are stupid things like wanting purpose, respect, and a sense of belonging, blah blah such a lame-o. Ehh actually he's a bit of a bummer to talk to so I'll just tell everyone else.

Atheists would fight just as dirty over "resources" as people of faith do over "beliefs". The only difference between people is the socioeconomic climate they are brought up in and the level of education, literacy and global exposure a population has. There is a reason ignorant people (such as some Southern people) are uneducated and only know the world from their tiny bubble perspective.

I have said it before, and I'll say it again: give people a stake in the current system, and you will reduce the influence of extremists (religious and non-religious). The rise of right-wing rhetoric in Europe has to do with the worsening (or stagnant) economic situation there. Hitler wouldn't have existed without the austerity policies imposed on Germany in 1918 and the crash of 1929. The anti-immigrant movement in the US is given attention now that many middle class folks have fallen into poverty and no longer see a way out. Militant extremism thrives in areas where there is very little to no economic opportunities. Same ****, different people, different eras, different beliefs.

Police have confirmed they have arrested a man suspected of discarding a package at the North Terminal of Gatwick airport.
Specialists have been called to the airport to investigate the item. The terminal has been evacuated, and some flights have been delayed.
Detective Superintendent Nick May said: "At this time, we are investigating the circumstances of the incident and it is too early to say what the item may be.
"However, given the events in Paris on Friday evening, there is heightened awareness around any such incident and it is best that we treat the matter in all seriousness.
"We are aware that there is concern about what has happened in France, but the general threat level remains the same and people should be aware as usual of anyone acting suspiciously."

Sheesh governments were already feelin skeptical about letting Syrians refugees into their countries for this particular reason. I wouldn't be surprised if the western world reneged on their promise after this..

Being aware that some violent terrorists will sneak their way in with all of the syrians does not equal hate. I
It's the largest migration of peoples since WW2. You can't just open borders to that many people from a differnt culture and expect citizens not to have their concerns

Paris police have put out an alert about a black Seat car, with a foreign numberplate - GUT 18053 - and five-spoke alloy wheels.
The vehicle is wanted in connection with the attacks yesterday.
Members of the public are advised not to approach the vehicle.

True, and I agree. But we can't also sit here and pretend that destabilizing the institutions of countries "we don't like" for our benefit won't cause people to look for greener pastures elsewhere.

It's only a double standard if you believe that ONLY religion causes extremist acts. Terrorism is a political act (not religious), and every scenario you describe has political motivations.
