Yea it's a cycle man :smh:. It reminds me of a special on the Afghan war I watched a while back where they were interviewing local residents about the insurgency and they explained that most of them had no idea what 9/11 was or what happened. A couple of them explained that many of them weren't part of the Taliban, they just saw foreign "invaders" in their lands and wanted to fight back.

It's really such a complicated situation all around when you look at it all through different perspectives :\

other than the FSA and Syrian Government, which other muslim organization is doing anything to combat ISIS.

Are you kidding me? Look at the Pakistani military and Afghani security forces. Look ISAF, where Turkey makes up the largest contingent.

You're egregiously misinformed and you need not continue contributing in this thread. Ignorance only breeds more ignorance.

And those were just SOME examples b.

yup, its funny how people think that non extremists are just sitting around waiting for america to save them. they probably have never heard anything positive about western nations their entire life

It's not about blaming an entire religion. Bill Maher was spot on after the Charlie Hebdo attack.

THANK YOU

There is this faction of Liberal America that makes me ASHAMED to be a Liberal, makes me want to slap the ish out ya'll, makes me want to slap ya'll more than any conservative republican I know.

"Ohhh but 1.6 billion Muslims don't condone violence, Ohhh but its this small minority, Ohhh but Christians did this 500 years ago, stop being stereotypical..."

Why can't we be critical of Islam? Why is it "bashing"? Where is the line?

Grow a pair man, this is a cultural war that's fueled by religion. Whether you want to admit it or not - in this day and age, Islam is that gasoline.

Flip to Fox news: Geraldo bumbling the # of locations and names of towns "i forget" and just saying that Trump is right and Paris is our "next door neighbor" we need to wage war in their lands.

I didn't . I just wanted to hear more facts and I'm getting opinion. A not even veiled opinions.

If both sides are guilty, disregard.

A very real and strange marriage has developed between liberals and islam. It's the only religion they seem to defend and they do it loudly. Yes obviously i'm generalizing.

This isn't a race. It's a set of beliefs and beliefs can be judged

BS.

You want to bash Islam and spread Islamophobia but you won't hold our own nation accountable for perpetuating terror. For using false motives to go into Iraq. For dropping bombs on innocents. For funding Israel and supporting zionism.

You won't see how our country has contributed to this mess. And how we ourselves have been terrorists in other nations.

How is that okay? Seriously? We've been funding proxy wars for decades and when a new terror group pops up and has weapons and training the CIA gave them we act shocked.

Ridiculous.

Gotta leave this thread alone. Conservative Americans are the most ignorant group of people ever. Quick to place blame on others but will never acknowledge the **** they do.

French President Hollande : "We are going to lead a war which will be pitiless. Because when terrorists are capable of comitting such atrocities, they must be certain that they are facing a determined France, a united France, a France that is together, and does not let itself be moved, even if today we express infinite sorrow."
