Simultaneous terrorist attacks around Paris...Vol. Here we go again.Update 07/14/16 p42: Nice terror

I think the difference is, in 2015, cats aren't out here using Christianity as the vehicle for mass murder.

People are out here doing a lot of bad **** under that guise (anti gay, 100% pro life, taking peoples money, advocating ignorance, etc), but not mass murder.

really?

Stephen Harper : Religion Evangelicalism
George W. Bush : Mainline Protestant & Evangelical

Benjamin Netanyahu: Secular Judaism (modern Zionism; i.e. more importance to nationalism than actual scripture and beliefs)

Bashar al-Assad: alawite

and i can go on...if you don't think they policies are motivated by their beliefs at all you are a sheep...

read up on evangelical christianity and what they believe is the importance of Israel and surrounding mid east...

I think what he's trying to say is why don't you show us proof that Islam is the most violent religion?

You're using one of Donald Trump's annoying (and disingenuous) tactics where he implies something without saying it so that he can say something offensive and get away with it even without proof.

Kerry,Lavro and other world powers ar meeting in Vienna right now to discuss potential action.

Also read that there's a raid going on in Belgium that might be related to the attacks. Reminds me of the raids reported right after the Charlie Hebdo attacks

Does anyone have any sources showing that Islam is not the most violent religion?

Christian had the crusades, the inquisition, salem witch trials, kkk doing things in the name of Christianity, but yeah muslims are thr most violent right

Funny how saudi arabia sits back and the western countries do thier bidding. The west is their puppets

ISIS is a big threat to the Saudis

In regards to the Crusades they were a direct response to Muslim aggression. An attempt to turn back or defend against Muslim conquests of Christian lands. Christians in the eleventh century were not paranoid fanatics. While Muslims can be peaceful, Islam was born in war and grew the same way.

And people are naïve to think these indiscriminate drone bombings wouldn't have repercussions.

You can't bomb entire communities of innocent civilians and not expect people who lost their families to not resort to extremism and attack the west

NT resident Zionist always checks in conveniently when a thread about Muslims pops up.

 really Christians and Muslims blow things up yet Jewish terrorists are just burning babies?

you think people forget that you are one of the worst on NT when it comes to Muslim bashing...

same dude that justified Zioniest jewish goverment treatment of blacks in israel...

bruh all your opinions are null and void

If what you say is true than damn there sure seem to be a hell of alot of opportunities for me to "pop up" maybe there's a fequency issue and something needs to change.

Sorry refering to jews burning babies wasn't harsh enough for you.

I never said i like the way israel treats africans, i said they shoudn't be expected to take in an unlimited amount of africans and open their borders. I feel the same way with euope and migrants.

All religions has caused the deaths of many, many people. One seems to cause more damage at this current point in time. It's the youngest one so it isn't shocking. But i'm not gonna stick my head in the sand and talk about the crusades

That's how it's always worked in exchange for their oil

It's pretty ironic though since Saudi is partly to blame for the creation of ISIS when they were doing everything possible to fund Assad's opponents no matter what. Now those same groups they were funding/arming are turning their weapons on not just against Asaad but against everyone else including the Saudi's.

How exactly do you go about fighting ISIS? There are SO many cells scattered around the word that it almost seems like a impossible battle to win (to me). I'm so disheartened over the events in France because I just don't know how you realistically go about erasing a vast terror cell like ISIS.

if them isis boys had real balls and were real tough guys , just like any other terrorist i always say the same thing , why dont you pick a police station at one of these metropolitans and go over there trying to act hard ? soft *** ****** b .

Im sure all religions aim to have its followers do good, but there's always loopholes to give followers a reason to attack and this is in all religions. I was born Catholic, however I went towards the agnostic route because I chose to acknowledge the views of other religions. Perspective is what people lack these days. If people were to only understand the other views of the world, violence would be avertible across the board. If religion is your way of life, that's totally fine but have peripheral for the world around you.

It's sad that money/power hungry "leaders" that use religion as a vehicle to push their own agendas affect how many of you view an entire religion.

The way people react to law abiding normal muslims after these attacks is disgusting.
I live in Belgium and the leader of our most extreme right political party tweeted this today:
Close our borders and close our mosques

Racism towards midde eastern folks is at an all time high now where I live.

The irony of this statement

Can you please explain? I guess I lack the superior intellect you possess to connect the dots :/

edit: i guess it's saying that money/power hungry people influence these terrorists into viewing an entire religion differently and violently attacking followers of it. which actually is agreeing with an implied point of my post...that it's not religion and the head of this, but $$ and power with people using these folks as pawns and tools.

I would say the extremist sects of the religion are definitely the most violent. Hard to deny that
laugh.gif

But I don't let that minority speak for Islam in general.

A lot of people seem to have trouble differentiating though, which comes as no shock.

theres a pattern here and to ignore it because "its racist" literally sounds like something from a south park skit
