That's how it's always been with asking ppl on the street questions. Leno mastered it.
All he did was take what SNL does with skits and did it on late night
Same with the "unplanned" music sessions.

You could see it as "all he did" but you have to credit his team for understanding how catering to the YouTube audience is the future and taking advantage of it.Yeah he does that too but he got celeb friends and he is in Hollywood

I mean yeah it's a foresight thing which paid off. My thing with late night hosts is what's really important is being funny and being able to be great at interviewing ppl. Making what seems like the most boring guests interesting. Also not just making the interview funny but being able to do serious interviews as well.

I don't watch any late night shows. I just check for the guests or performances I'm interested in, on youtube. That's very few and far between.
