If i ask MJ to sign my 1s, do you think hed do it?

I refuse to ever meet Michael Jordan just because of the Chamillionaire story. I think my whole existence would just crumble if Mike were to come at me sideways. I would literally just cry and hold myself while wearing BC3's

Hell would probably freeze over and warm back up before MJ signed your 1s. I remember someone from a sneaker site I used to be on once asked Mike for his autograph very politely and he replied "you can't afford my autograph" while looking him in the eyes

I highly doubt it, my man. Not trying to crush any dream at all as Jordan is my idol as well, but given his character, if you ever had a chance and you did not know him via a connection or were at a charity event where he is playing golf or something, there would really be a slim to none chance. I have seen some videos where he does sign some stuff for fans at those events, but you will be in a crowd of tons of people and hope he grabs your item over some other person who may be near you. Outside of the Chamillionaire story, which I do believe, I know MJ doesn't like to sign a lot in general.

I went to college with Jeff, his oldest son, and he was on our basketball team. My first year of grad school, one of the other players on the basketball team gave me his personal tix and I was sitting in the family/close friends area for a game. Literally, 30 seconds before tip off, security walks right in front of me and leads this tall guy to a seat exactly 3 rows behind me, and it was "His Airness" himself. I was of course in shock, but he had security around him the whole game and I didnt want to ask for a pic/autograph because I figured it would bother him. At the end of the day, he was just a dad trying to watch his son play basketball.

To relate to the topic, I remember one guy showed up a bit late and his seat was about 3 down from MJ and I saw his face look at Jordan and he lit up. He got to his seat and within seconds, he tried to slide his ticket stub and a sharpie over to Jordan. As it was being slid to him, Michael saw it, looked at him, didnt say a word and just waved his hand saying "no" to signing anything. Needless to say, everyone around was in shock and I turned around about 50 times through the game and took as many pics as I could without being too bothering to him.

I dont think MJ is necessarily a bad person, but I dont think he really enjoys the limelight & being humble. I could be wrong, but just from what I saw personally, the other stories I have heard and just from vids I see posted on YT, your chances are slim based on his behavior and overall character at times.
 
NICE EXPERIENCE.  Mj don't sign much unless at A charity event or special invite to any event affiliated with his brand NIKE/JB so on so on with all the others.

I'm pretty sure he's under A signing contract with Upper Deck so any signings with certain circumstances & restrictions I'm sure would apply. 

That's the difference between the G.O.A.T and this era of the "So called KING" LeFlop James. The GOAT lives for ever, A king ain't A king for ever.
 
he's the greatest player but he has also turned out to be the greatest a hole. I think part of the reason is he smokes all the time. when you're high all the time it's hard to really be in touch with everything. also he's a loot ***** who seemingly doesn't care about anyone else's bank account, only his. Which is why I could see him MAYBE signing the occasional piece of blank paper for a sick kid or something (if their parent isn't with them, of course)... but chances are slim to none he would sign anything he thinks could be sold for a significant amount such as a pair of 1s.
 
Not defending Mike's attitutde but it partly can be for the fact that most people that do get his autograph, go on to sell it...it's not like they appreciate it...I know I'd feel a way if I were famous and people want my autograph just to make a buck off me

Go take a look at a youtube video of Mike doing autographs.  I mean while that comes with the lifestyle it's absurd and easy to see why he would be so jaded.  I mean grown *** men screaming like teeny boppers at him to sign something.  Now times that by a billion times it's happened to him and of course you are going to have the incidents.  I mean we all know the type of guy he is so none of it is a shocker. 

I'd bet my life there is a way to go about meeting a guy like Mike and actually getting the good side.  I doubt the way a majority go about it is ever the way.
 
no way he's signing those 1s, unless you're family or paying a good amount to upper deck

That Chamillionaire video always makes me laugh
