You were too busy spending thousands upon thousands and failing rather than paying attention to the news. Politicians have fast tracked their movement all the way to Supreme Court. Politicians have pandered to them more in the last few years than any other group.

Yeah, that's because people made an uproar about it. How do you think Civil Rights Act of 1968 and the Fair Housing Act were passed? People changed their minds with no outside influence at all?

I'm talking about comparing being gay to being black. Black people are subjected to discrimination simply because they are black. Gay black people are also subjective to the same discrimination simply because they're black first. I've never had to check what my sexual orientation is on an application for anything. Gay people aren't being harassed by the police because they're gay.
 
if a thread was made about global warming melting the ice caps and polar bears running out of land NT would probably find a way to start talking about how black people had it worse

What do any of you not get? Gays get killed, experience hate crimes, are seen as criminals in many countries...just for being gay. OK, the US isn't the best example of that, but that attests to the progress we made here regarding feelings towards LGBT communities.

Do you personally think it's acceptable to come out as gay in black communities, majority of which are strict Christians?

Compare the Gay struggle to the Native American Genocide and Holocaust please. If your going to disrespect one group, disrespect them all.

There were Gay Slave owners who raped male salves in order to break them.

Once again quit disrespecting millions that have died to compare Apples to Oranges.

YOU are the one suggesting that because I don't believe the two situations are comparable...that somehow means that I'm not "accepting".

You can't find one ******* quote of me saying "I don't accept homosexuality" in this thread
