The hand and the basketball placement on the jump man look different than my 3s. Also the holes on the tongue are a lot closer together than mine. I say no good, but someone else might know better than me. I have the 3s sports blue, and I would assume all would be the same.

there will always be small differences between releases..Never compare two different releases, even of the same CW or model.

Looks ok at first sight. Snap a few pix outside..Heels, soles, and size tag.. The back tab should have slight to med yellowing for a true 09' pair..Hard to tell by your images if this is apparent.

based on those pics they look good. maybe it's the closeup of the heel that makes the elephant print look too tall, I'm prob just seeing things.
