I bought some 2014 6s on ebay from a guy who claimed he only wore them once, to go to the movies, never intended to sell them. I was able to look him up based on his name, found it was some younger guy, football player, nothing weird found about him. Just had zero feedback, but several different shoes for sales (Jordan, Kobe, Lebron). He sent me a bunch more pictures compared to what was in the auction, all looked legit to me. It was a best offer auction, priced over $200, but I got them pretty much for msrp price. I got the shoes yesterday, and they look good to me. I can't spot anything out of the ordinary. But I understand this site is the reference site, with experts on the shoes.

I took some pictures of the box and labels. The back had the Nike details printed on the box and not a sticker. I have some other Nikes for which this is the case, so probably fine. My other Jordans have stickers. I was not able to find any pictures showing the bottom of the boxes.

Most pictures were taken with my camera, but took one inside with the cell phone to show the 3M. I took most outside, as I have noticed this to be requested, but the sunlight obviously makes the infrared look odd that way, so the inside photos could be used to verify. If I need to take any other pics, let me know.

here is the pic for the 3M

Curious to here the opinions from you guys. Did I get authentics and lucked out, or did I get ripped off.

Looks ok..Im thinking he probably wore them a few times and cleaned them up..6s wear pretty well so it would be hard to tell 1 wear from 5 for instance.

Thanks for the reply. It has some scuffs in several places, and you can see he wore white socks (yeah, really), since there is some white fuzz on the inside of the shoe. But it's in pretty good shape considering what I paid for it. Soles look really clean yet too, no creaking around the toe-box.

Hoping to get some more replies as to whether these are legit or not.

Let me know if you need to see any different/additional images. I tried to capture as much as I could, but not sure if anybody needs to see anything more to make a call. Curious too about the box and the Nike items printed on the box versus the more typical black sticker. Would like to start wearing these, but want to make sure first they are legit.

looks legit to me.

Nike info are printed for these boxes. used for the V and VI retros.

Thanks! Curious what types of elements would give away a real versus fake. I know the lack of 3M, or brightness of the 3M would be one indicator. I guess the lack of a receipt is what worried me, but he said he did not plan to sell them initially.

Just curious if fakes typically get more replies, whether lack of replies means it's all good, or if it depends on how active a member is otherwise on this site. I understand I'm new here, but since this appears to be the reference site for authentic Jordan's I figured I would start here, and then see where I can contribute myself.

generally when someone like Tim and Frank say something there really isn't much else needed to be said
but these look fine

Thanks for the reply. It will probably take some time to get to know people around here, so appreciate the feedback. Just didn't want to get ripped off, but looks like I'm good to start wearing these.
