It's gonna be rough here in OKC I might have to call some friends that don't wear Js to enter some raffles for me. DJ Khaled didn't help. 
 
I thought Florida was doing the FTL reservation app? I'm seeing FCFS for the locations near me. If they do FCFS it's going to be absolute buffoonery on release day.
 
Raffle stories today. Long lines for a raffle ticket etc, then the FCFS stories and last but not least the lovely strikeouts and cops on Saturday.

JB really pushing for this shoe to sell out, they're a little shook by other releases sitting/not selling out 1st day.

Everybody gonna eat no doubt, besides the 11, this is one of JB's most iconic shoe/colorway combo.

If they can sell 500k of the 72-10 and Legend Blue which you couldnt get me to buy at 50% off retail they shouldnt have to worry abou nothin. 11s are the GOAT for me out of all the Js. They just keep pumping Js out in large quantities and keep bringing more and more customers in with improvements. I mean Chi compared to previous OG 1 releases were well available. Yet, there was a lot of salt to go around.

Hopefully it ends there and not an evening news story. But i guess thats more likely for SJ release.

This happened to me in 2008 for the Levi AJ 1 release. Waited all night and was first in line just for them to tell me they didn't have my size. :smh: This is right after a kid I knew that worked there went in before me and saw the inventory ( 1 pair of every size) and said I'm good. :smh: I went in, asked for my size 11 and the manager was nah we don't got that size. I was like WTF my man just told me he saw my size 11 and now you don't have it?!! The manager was like I don't what he's talking about, I have to speak to him but we got 9, 10 and 13. I raised hell for like 15-20 min and almost got kicked out. I was SOOOOO tight. I couldn't take the super L so I copped a size 10 which was like the third person in line size. Needless to say he was tight also cause I told him I was keeping them to hopefully trade someone for my size (which eventually happened but still). MADD L's was given that day to about 30+ people in line. Never again did those ****boys at MO's SNEAKER CORNER in the Coliseum on Jamaica Ave get my business. This won't happen again as I refuse to camp ever again. I just get my raffles and I usually win, only time I didn't was for the black Pinnacle 4's cause I only got 1 ticket for those. This release I will get about 12 tickets so I feel confident about securing my 79th pair of AJ 1's.

I think him acting silly is supposed to be the point and also makes him endearing to a lot of people.. Same reason a lot of people liked Lil John in the early-mid 2000s.

11s will sell regardless but 90% of other GR retros are sitting. The 12s did well but that $190 price tag for models like the 2s (which had trouble selling 2 years ago at $150 retail) and 8s has turned a lot of people off to paying full retail.

It was mentioned some pages back they are back to doing rsvp in tampa only. I just checked and they arent up on the locator yet. For what its worth im the tampa area.
 
Champs Sports in my area also had guaranteed tickets this morning at 8am, but I'm taking my vacation through Labor Day weekend and didn't want to call in late to work for that. If I get the Bred 1's online release day, GREAT! If not I won't be upset. These are some dope shoes though.
 
Don't know how hard they will be to get here in East Texas. Any other East Texans here to verify?

Just champs says that...footlocker and footaction says Florida
 
Bout to get to get these raffle tickets early. Not tryna be out when these kids get out of school later....gotta make that extra push to the other mall a few towns over too
 
Heated right now. Local DTLR said theyre doing guranteed tix this mirning, I get up at 6:30 and get to the mall and I'm first in line. A sizable line forms behind me so I was pretty happy I locked down my size. Then the manager comes out and says they didnt get their shipment in yet so they have to do a raffle. Beyond pissed at this.
 
For my NYC people are the flight23 stores doing raffles; I've looked around but have been getting mixed messages.

There aint many here in the DFW....I know that much! Put it you this way...only have half the footlockers, 2 camps, 3 FTA, no finishlines, and 4 Villas getting them. NikeDallas is the X factor but they may be FCFS so they might have a small riot.
