On Saturday went to my local FTL for unclaimed pairs..

Got there at 6 on the dot

1. U got unclaimed pairs?

"We are gonna do another raffle for them..if u had a ticket u still hav a chance"

2. Ok cool

30 seconds later another employee says they gone

Mad shady..never heard of a re raffle..they obviously had some pairs..I hope they made out well on ebay
I've surprisingly have won on a re-raffle. But most of those smaller FTL probably don't do it and just keep it for themselves.

Please stop talking about restocks. Honestly it gives people false hope. Kinda like people that say that everyone will eat on this release if you try, yet MANY in this thread tried in multiple raffles, footnotes, and SNKRS, and still fail to secure a pair. Restocks are normally twice as hard to obtain as the initial release. Also like captainsneakerhead23 captainsneakerhead23 said, most of the unclaimed pairs will be seeded into new stores opening.

9 times out of 10, restocks are miniscule enough to actually RAISE the resell price of a shoe, especially of a hyped shoe like the Banned 1, where a restock supply will NEVER meet the demand.

I have a quick question, who is consider a reseller? Every time I read through the threads guys always knocking guys who sell shoes, but those same guys selling also. Most ppl on these threads sell shoes, so my question is who is consider a reseller?

People complaining about resellers on a sneaker Discussion Forum is like complaining about Bad News in a Newspaper!

Just saying
lol

But that **** be wild when dudes have a reseller vendetta but resell themselves. Hypocrisy at its finest.

i feel a reseller is someone who buys with the intention to sell whether it's one pair or multiples. There are a ton of people who do that on here.

its freaking labor day weekend

False hope? When these restock, people will be thrilled to have a second chance at coming up on them for retail. It's not impossible considering I came through on the release day and restock for Cement IV's. Don't act like those sat.

I believe it was after the Royal 1 release back in 2013... 1's sky rocketed after those.

Royals and Shadows sat, it was after the Bred 1s released that prices sky rocketed.

Royals damn sure didn't sit, especially not in NJ. Stores barely got them, if they did it was a FSR at best. Shadows only sat because everyone was so focused on the Toro 4s at the time.

Don't forget, the Cement VI's restocked on SNKRS not long after the initial release.

That means nothing, way more cement 4s produced than these.

I consider a reseller to be someone that has no interest in the shoe culture whatsoever. The kind of person who buys anything in demand for the sole purpose of reselling for profit.

^Majority here are guilty of reselling, if you ever bought a pair, and whether right away ,or down the road, flipped it for a profit you are or youve been a reseller..

Some ppl try to make a living off it, some just flip to foot a mortgage or the likes of, some flip to lighten the tag on their pair, some flip to get prepared for the next pair.
Collectors such as myself will hold pairs, 1 to rock 1, to stock, then down the line flip the stocked for a profit at the first sign of a re-release, or use it as a trade bait.

Bottom line is , as stated in the opening of this post, majority are guilty of reselling in some shape or form.

That's why we laugh when the complaints arise...

It's the resellers fault

No it's JB fault for not making enough

It's the footsie site fault - can't check out

It's the employees fault, they crooked backdooring....

I don't think people hate resellers that only get like 3-4 pairs to sell after they put work in on RD, what people hate are the sellers who get 40+ pairs straight out the backdoor before RD and stunt on social media
