I feel you. If we're going to be real here, people didn't really start wearing Jordan 1s like that till a few years ago when the breds, royals, and shadows dropped again...but I digress
 
Never was a fan of the af1. That thick midsole. That strap. I had 1 pair ( around the time that Nelly song came out) and I never really wore em

I was wearing jordan 1's since 2002 when the Nu retro low came out. Then I git that Chicago mid patent leather. Still got both of them
 
I'll hold fast that I will not sell my 13 pair. That just means I'll have more pairs of breds.

Think about it though.

Whats the most important thing to JB? People buying/wearing the flagship model that year. 

What's the most important thing to sneakerheads? Breds and Royals.

Either you wear your 31s or you sell them to someone who will at a loss. They already know the market value for Breds/Royals is easily 500. So the retail price for the pack will be $360. In other words, 'full circle'. Which is the whole concept of the ad campaign. 

I'm in this company's head.

These are releasing on the same day as the Jordan 31's. I pray Jordan Brand doesn't put these in packs together because I'm not buying those hideous looking 31's.
 
It wont exactly be in a double box package BUT stores are only gonna be allowed to sell you the 1's AFTER you buy the XXXI's

Ya thinking about it more, I'd guess $750. Wasnt that what the MTM pack was?

JB been seeing people have no issues paying crazy prices for Blk/reds, cant see them leaving a substantial amount of money on the table.

Praying its not a pack though and praying for an abundant production run :nerd:

They already told us the 31 was $200. OG 1s cost $160. 

I can totally see Nike taking a slight 'hit' with packaging costs if it means 31s sell out.

If they are based on the 1s then that means Bred, Royal and Shaodow colorways. I think we may have seen pics of some of the Shadow colorway and the bred.

I do hope Im wrong though.

Alot of people think its a pack (which i really really hope not" but i have a feeling what JB is doing is just showing comparisons to the bred 1 to raise "hype" for the 31s everyone knows alot of people love 1s maybe as a marketing gag they are doing videos and everything and comparisons to the bred to raise hype thats just me though some may agree or disagree
