That's what I'm saying, at that time i saw numerous pairs for around $250, there's more of these so once everyone list them you'll see these for the same, and even lower from the need money before the next paycheck resellers.

It seems like some people don't want these to be cheaper than $300 [emoji]129300[/emoji]
 
It's just that OG Breds weren't "cheap" and people wanna act because 2013 were selling for $500++ that these should too especially being better quality

BUT


that's not the case. 2013 were super limited compared to these.

Right.......Because some people want to believe they are worth more. But to Nike they are worth $160.

To be clear there are plenty BRed pairs on c'list andwhat not .... Just not legitimate pairs. The weeks leading up to last year's CHI drop 13 CHIs dropped in prices have seen negligible budge on 13 aftermarket prices. This is a staple colorway and despite the knowledge this will retro again at some point - the demand is high so the resell pricepoint will remain high.

We can go back and forth about resell until we're blue in the face, but at the end of the day nobody has a clue what it will be, and we only have a week+ until we find out. Hopefully, It's low af. If I miss out, I might consider going a LITTLE over retail

They just know how much they can take advantage of us and it's creeping up each year

I've already seen way too many people needing multiple personal pairs as a required MINIMUM so it doesn't matter how many pairs are out there. Chicagos aren't even going for 250 and they are one of the lesser liked OGs.

Chi's didn't release on NDC china and I think NDC US on release day

So that meant less pairs.

Then later they did a release but by then it was getting pounced on by everyone due to it being the only site dropping that day

So they had dudes flipping kid sizes for 250 plus

Diffrent game with these wider release and on SNKRS

At this point we don't know numbers but we do know JB made more than the Chi's and shattered backboards.

It won't be a rude nothing the market is already talking pre-order prices are falling

We have signs things are moving in a good direction in terms of aftermarket based on numbers and JB production history


You just have nothing but negativity have several seats
 
Price on Chicagos or all hyped general releases starts a little high. My guess is around $300. Then once online orders start coming in and the most desperate buyers are gone. For the resellers then the heat is on. I am going to say $250 is what they'll be had for 3-4 days after RD. If they dip below. Shock and awe. Huge applause JB for respecting the consumer and not the hypebeasts or resellers. I am not even that excited about these. But nothing like watching NT fam cook on a shoe y'all really really want.

Because everyone knows the market is changing. Preorder prices falling? Nah man everyone is just waiting to try their luck on RD. Preorders are the same as resale, it's just about the difference in risk you take.

Nike knows the optimal price. They dont know optimal quantity. They are getting better at it. From their perspective maybe overshot on a couple of releases. But man Flu game 12s were available in huge numbers. They went quick but werent an impossible kop either. I feel like releases like that are ideal in Nike's eyes. Maintain as much hype and still sell the largest quantity possible. But from time to time they'll pull off some f**ckery too.
 
I feel the best deals on resale market will be local facebook groups...talk em down till you get the right price

I'm in West Bloomfield to be exact. Twelve Oaks mall is only a few miles away so I'll call the mall shops this afternoon and see what's up, just didn't know of any other spots that weren't malls around here

If Chi's and SBB are going for 300 why is 50 less unreasonable

That's the thing people are wishing up and not paying presell so yea the market is changing
