People with anxiety or panic attacks ....

Any bros with solutions tho?

My anxiety is ilke this. When I think something is anxious, I get into this "anxiety mode" where I cant think straight, my focus is completely gone, I try to reduce the anxiety but it doesnt work, and I am extremely unproductive and dont feel like doing anything. It paralyzes me.

when i stopped burning for awhile and my tolerance dropped...

then my boy brought over a half of some OG.....

at first I was like

That's the thing about anxiety. The moment you have an episode, it manifests itself the more you think about it making it worse and worse. The best thing to do is occupy your body and mind with something productive to distract yourself.

Out of all the weed strains sour diesal used to give me really high anxiety..to the point if I wanted to get high I needed to stay in the house and not drive nor be around people.A couple beers helped level it out to a perfect high though.

So yes if you already have anxiety I would not recommend marijuana.

For all those with social anxiety I used to try Phenibut it worked great and mellows you out really well....but it has horrible withdraw effects(clammy shaky hands, queezy stomach, angry moody swings) when coming down off it.

The only brand that really works are the original Russian made pills.

Liftmode Phenibut is trash.

Interesting, I had a similar experience with sour when I had it the first time I wasn't smoking regularly. I wouldn't call it a panic attack though, not sure how to describe it. I'm Gucci now tho

I wouldn't advise anyone to take benzo's for that ****. That stuff will have you forgetting everything and all discombobulated, but if you truly feel like you need something, it will do the trick. **** is all bad though.

I take it here and there when I feel like I need it but I'm trying to get away from it completely. Gonna just try and use breathing techniques from here on out.

Ive had about 17 strains and still nothing comes close to the mental physical high of the sour diesel.

@GetBack  what do you think that "episode" is called tho? Is that considered a panic attack? Just trying to google how to overcome all this

I think it depends on the person. If it's extreme fear and almost disabling to the point you're having trouble breathing, then I would call it a panic attack.

Mine is less extreme. I tend to overthink things, which triggers milder symptoms. My muscles tense up (especially in my neck and shoulders), my breathing is a little more labored, I get a sense that people are looking at me and judging me (which isn't true), face feels hot, might sweat a little.

When did you first experience this? Mine just started happening out of no where when I cross bridges wtf man this isn't cool. Post your stories

Lol man same here. This stuff never used to bother me but now I can't go up high like 30 stories and look down outside on rooftop without feeling weird n trippy :smh:

Yeah I tried klonipin back in 2012-2013. Pretty much turned me into a robot. I can see how it could be a decent short term solution for certain people like if you have a presentation or a job interview and need to take the edge off.

Mines are pretty bad ... Bridges , talking in front of a group of people and stress . I put the the Henny down and started :pimp: again and I have been good so far . I had a life changing exam to take this past Tuesday and didn't even panic ... Normally I freak out before test and I didn't .. I also passed the test . I really think the alcohol has a lot to do with it

Its good to know you aren't alone. One of the worst feelings is thinking you are the only one that has them. One step at a time and think about what is going right instead of focusing on what could "potentially" go wrong.

^Word.

Starting this book called the UltraMind Solution. Just posting it here so I follow through with it. Usually when I say something I dont follow through but hopefully this time I do.

Everyone I've heard from who has read and followed through with this book has nothing but very positive things to say.

^haha worrrd

Question though- whats so bad about xanax? I know there's an addiction to it, but arent other pills people take addictive?

I'm not looking to take xanax or some anti anxiety meds, but whats wrong with it? Can you still study, finish school, drive your car, and hang out with people while youre on it?

No one?

Just scooped up 5-htp and ashwaghanda today will let yall know how it goes.

Xanax makes you into zombie simply put, and when you want to stop it's hell. It's too good. IMO. A little anxiousness is good for your life. Shows your alive. I can tell you this meditation and exercise will be the only real natural cure. It takes work. I changed my diet and feel better as well.

+1 for exercise and diet.

I've never taken Xanax so I can't speak on it, but if it's in the benzo family I would stay away from it unless you're paralyzed by anxiety. Benzos work great in the short term, but they quickly just fog you out so that you're pretty much going through the motions of life emotionless. That's personal experience. I know everyone responds differently.

from what ive heard it works for anxiety lol

gonna experiment with dif supplements tho
