Can anyone ID these?

I've spoken to Nike customer service and they say they are probably an old limited edition but with only this image they couldn't get a model name.

As you can kinda see they have this gap in the back, above the heel which is ridiculously sick. It literally is a hole, it's like you could pick up the shoe by it.

Any help would be awesome.
