Question....When something is all black, why is it referred to as 'murdered-out'?

Because people always wear all black to murder someone. When was the last time anyone draped in all white caused terror or harm to anyone?

I personally call it black on black crime

(cus in all black im 'fresh to death', or im 'killin it')

It's a common term out here when describing blacked out lights or really dark tints. Haven't heard anyone use it for anything outside of cars though
