Leaving the car running & unattended in residential neighborhoods?

Was wondering why you wouldn't just lock the door, but I realized that some of you guys still gotta use keys to start your car like shmucks.

so y'all never been to family members houses that don't lock their door?

my uncle lives in this sleepy little surf town called San Clemente and he never used to lock his doors, he learned the hard way though...

he had a drunk woman walk into his house in the middle of the night and she ate his food and pissed on the kitchen floor

My cousin didn't warm up his car one cold Minnesota winter and something cracked.. And I hate having roommates from Wyoming , they never lock the front door

Lol certain gas station around my neighborhood, my boy always hop out and go pay for his gas while his car still running .

i also lock my car, even if i just leaving it for a few seconds. I leave my apartment door unlocked sometimes if i'm just walking downstairs to do laundry or take out the trash.

I shut my engine off. I like to conserve my gas, versus leaving the engine running waiting for someone.

i know more people that are interested in the gas my car contains (unleaded), than my car itself

why am I now just seeing what DC wrote?

but yeah I visited some fam in Canada before and they rarely lock the door behind them

damn that's crazy

I need to come to some of yall's neighborhoods and "accidentally" leave my car running so someone can come steal it and I can get the whole value of my remaining balance on it back. I watched an episode of Bait Car: Atlanta and those dudes were stealing cars within a minute of them being there
