Yogurt
Buy a carb supplement {cytocarb 2 is like 8 bucks)
Milk/water
Raw oats

was my fast prep breakfast for the longest. Haven't noticed a difference.

3 slices bacon

2 slices of toasted buttered bread

1 cup OJ

1 banana

now though.

Yeah I know. I'm just lazy man. I do 3 scoop whey, 2 spoons peanut butter and just throw random stuff in like chia seeds and oatmeal.

Probably will just cop more whey. You're right. :lol:

Yeah don't eff around with any flavors besides chocolate when you're talking powders. Vanilla whey is god awful.

Facts. Tried some Fruit Punch GNC branded whey and split most of it with one of my boys. Had to hold my breath drinking it

Fam is right about the empty calories too though.

I couple it with Rainbow Light's Men's One-A-Day and ON's BCAA capsules.

I add fruits to my shake, gives it taste and good complex carbs, antioxidants, etc

Blueberries, strawberries, banana all good choices

To put on sz I would get a pre workout with creatine, citrulline, arginine, in it.

Optimums gold pre is good, also certain gnc have pump fuel it's good

I would recommend Ion by Performix. I'm not running it right now. It's been 2 weeks without it. I'm using C4 50x samples in the meantime.
Ion's Tera beads release during your workout once they are consumed. Citrulline malate and creatine HCl is in the proprietary blend.
 
Have there been any long term studies on what these "supplements" do to humans over time? I swear some of you legit think this stuff is "legal" PEDs. Well that is how you treat it.

Like I said in another thread, don't get dependent on this stuff because eventually you will be making excuses as to why you can't work out. "Man , I don't have anymore protein or pre-workout. I am not going to workout today," Trust me, it happens

I respect the concern. I have a lot of mothers and fathers asking me the question at GNC.
I give them my honest opinion about supplements. The products are made to supplement energy, protein, etc that you aren't getting in your normal nutritional diet. Older aged people "depend" on certain vitamins, probiotics, fish oil, and herbs to give them a boost.
Now preworkouts are designed to give a mental boost to the mind-muscle connection. They are not federal regulated so you do have to mindful of what you are buying before you ingest it. The "old jacked 3-d" is a classic example. Some people described it as borderline meth or Coke.
I just sold a Vega pre workout energizer acai berry flavor. It was plant based only. I sold that instead of shatter black onyx made by muscle tech that makes hydroxycut. The guy never took a "legal PED" before so I set him up so he wouldn't be dependent on caffeine anhydrous or beta alanine. That's really it with the dependability on legal PEDS.

Same thing I did when I worked there. Honestly with people makes all the difference

It should be 90% food and 10% supplements for a diet
 
op if you want a crazy workout with unparalleled energy then get the mr hyde

if you want something mid level, then c4 (regular and 50x)
