I think I'm gonna make a real effort to cut out meat all together this time, I mean we've all seen this type of **** before but the whole out of sight out of mind thing isn't an excuse I can let myself live with anymore :frown:

That alligator reference was just dumb. But if u have zero compassion for the suffering of other living things then do u. I guess. Ain't nobody trying to save the world b stop with that.

Pigs are disgusting animals and should not be eaten anyway. Lots of toxins stay in their body due to non-existent sweat glands. They harbor lots of parasites too so you'd better cook your pork well and handle it properly. Toxins are stored in fat which they have plenty of. They also eat a garbage diet and have poorly functioning digestive tracts which is why their meat is filled with toxins. Pigs are very smart and lovable, like a fat person sitting in a recliner all day reading books and eating trays of prison food mixed with insects and a dash of fecal matter. They are disgusting creatures and I would never date a chick who eats swine. Toodles!

They're animals. I can sit here and name endless things animals do that us humans find "disgusting".

it trips me out when people say this. U want them to be eating at a dinner table with a napkin? U eat catfish? Lobster? Those are bottom feeders. Basically **** eaters and lobster is a delicacy.

Had to exit that vid. I can't watch pigs getting slit in their throats.

If I'm going to eat red meat though, I'm having cow. They don't have as many feelings as pigs.

I'm saying tho I've met mad pigs (who aren't cops) and they really got a personality :frown:
It's one thing if it was a instant humane death ( if there is such a thing) but they are torturing these things and it's not even necessary

I don't eat those things but at least they aren't smeared in poop with pus-filled abcesses leaking out of them. Remember, toxins are stored in fat and pigs do not have sweat glands and bacon is fatty. Do the math. That **** is not going anywhere but your mouth after you cook it. Even the Muslims and the Christians can agree on this.

I mean Im from the south. Ive seen it in person, cleaned fish myself at a young age.

Grandmomma had chickens and all that, seen her...literally beat the brains out of a possom.

I say if it's important then just be more mindful of what companies you are buying your meat from. Not all are like this.

Doing my food science thing. There's a slaughter on my undergrad campus. After shocking the pigs with a pistol rod in the head. They would say a prayer after cutting the pigs throats and the blood drain into the drains
 
I have actually seent a pig grow from a lil piglet to a matute pig and get killed.
And in the Philippines its brutal....they take a knife and cut a hole in its throat to let all the blood drain out so nearly all of the body is untouched and preserved.

Before that i never understood vegans but after that and seeing other animals get killed for food, i get their reasons for living that lifestyle.

If you see your food killed before you eat it you will have a great deal more appreciation for it.
Its a noble death i think dying to feed something or however u want to twist that.

But to keep it 100 i dont even think about it at this point.


Theres certain practices within the food industry involving animals that are really ****** up tho smh.
Like the torturing.

And I've seen animals get slaughtered for food in front of me when I was a kid back in my country. It's life.

You think when primitive humans were being killed by other animals for food they cared? Humans didn't get to be at the top of the food chain through compassion

When animals are being killed to be eaten suffering will be present regardless.

I didn't say anything about saving the world. I said **** these animals. Don't see how you can confuse the two :lol: If only yall had as much compassion for suffering human beings :smh:

My bad I just recognize suffering and distain in other living things and it just doesn't sit right with me. Guess I'm soft. I'm not out here fronting tho I eat meat. I'm not trying to tell anybody to stop or that they're wrong for doing so even if I believed that was the case. I'm trying to point out that these animals are being tortured and it's not even necessary. I thought they shut most of that down but apparently not.

Yea my older brother raised a pig when was younger as a pet on pops family farm. On Thanksgiving, he asked where his pet was, grandpops said you eating it

He is very selective of what he will eat from a pig nowadays
 
Yea pigs are the worst cuz like dbl said they really got alotta personality lol

Let me axe you a question opie.

Let's say you're on a desserted island and there's no food at all. The only other thing on that island is a family of pigs. Would you still try and kill one of those pigs or would you rather just eat coconuts and salt water for the rest of your life.
