appreciate this, i missed these in my city and never had a chance apparently only like 2 stores got them. anyways i'll say it once and i'll say it again, this store has the worst customer service I've ever experienced EVER. i was put on hold 10 minutes a piece and would have to hang up and call back repeatedly just to be put back on hold. finally called and asked for a manager and got through, didn't offer a cent off or even a sorry. I'm sure this store is extremely busy but all it takes is call back later or we'll take your number.
 
Tried calling Philly on that 11lab and the discount is only in store, wouldn't honor on phone order

Most outlets take phone orders (between M-Fri usually)
Clearance stores DO NOT

All you need to do is confirm they have the item you want and then ask to place a phone order
they will take your information including credit card details and process your order.
most stores email you tracking information once it is prepared

Thanks.  Do you know if the boxes are complete?  Like top not cut off?  Plus they aren't B-Grades right?

Do you know if they double box?  I will try give them a call and see.  I'm just weary giving info over the phone.  Thanks.

That all depends. If the shoe was on the hash wall with the top cut off, they will send it in a replacement box. Otherwise they will send I in the box it came in. They usually double box ship...except I once received it shipped in the shoebox itself just turned inside out.
Sometimes outlets sell b grades, you can ask and they will let you know if they know.

Thanks. I will try call and see how it goes.  I'm just afraid the workers there aren't as informed.  
 
Just a note on the 20% off tomorrow; I believe that replaces the hash sale effectively. I got fooled with that last weekend as some stores have been running 20% hash sales throughout the whole store for a few weeks. Thought I would be able to stack the hash sale 20% with the entire store purchase 20% but was told the 20% entire purchase replaced the 20% hash sale. Could be wrong, but I've been told that the 20% this weekend will work the same way as last weekend .

Over the last two weeks, I've tried to buy a pair of shoes at the Nike Outlet in New Orleans but when they do the verification process, their system keeps saying that my address doesn't match with the card I'm using. This has happened to me twice in as many attempts and I checked multiple times with my bank to verify the info and it's correct.


Has anyone else had this problem or have a solution for me? This has never happened before.
