OFFICIAL DECEMBER '15 NIKE OUTLET/WEBSITE/STORE UPDATE THREAD - DO NOT MAKE REQUESTS

I just paid 12.50 from chi to pitt, only an 8 hour drive, so that's def not the coast to coast rate

It may be coming air/express instead of ground. Ground shipping for me even from coast to coast has never been over $8. So that might could help explain the higher cost?

No need to have a whole discussion on shipping guys. It's just going to clutter things.
Ultimately, Nike charges shipping when ordering from factory or retail stores and it's based off of your order total if I remember correctly.

Not true, I made a phone order to the outlet store in Pensylvania and the girl over the phone only wanted the number on the back. Some of them will do it for you, depending on there mood. Good luck
I didn't even think it would go through since the back says no phone orders

Is Thursday the best day to go on F&F weekends to get first dibs or do they bust out more merch on Friday or Saturday's?
as far as i remember, the large shipments come in on tuesday.  only in rare situations do they transfer inventory on a thu or fri.  the last time i remember them doing so was when grapes came through, and we had to stock them out quickly on a friday afternoon.

technically it comes down to when they can be put into the system.  so something may come in on any given day, but if they shipping and receving dept doesnt scan it through and find a section on the floor for it, it can sit for weeks.  that also depends on how much money they have in the "green budget."  youve seen the green ticket mark downs.  if they have enough money, and see it as feasible to drop the price on a given item, they'll do so, opening up a few rows for something theyre tryna get ontot the floor.

so to answer your question, mostly yes.  but sometimes no.

Unfortunately there's 0 rhyme or reason to what they put out when. If possible I do both, but mostly the weekend would win out if I had to chose

Processing shipment has no real rhyme or reason to it.  Sometimes footwear gets done first because it takes up the most space, and sometimes apparel is prioritized because the racks empty more quickly.  It can change on the whim of that day's manager, or even if the processing team just likes to process apparel or footwear better.  This time of year, the shipments are pretty big (as you can imagine), so hunting through boxes isn't the best use of anyone's time.

So bottom line answer is, go when you can and hope what you want hits the floor, haha.

I worked in s&r, and I'll tell you personally, if and when I knifed open a box and it was something I wasn't interested in, I'd fold that box back up and move onto the next. Spent most of my time looking for niketown stuff. So therein lays human error.

Sorry I was looking at running shoes mostly for #NTRunning nice to see they had the nice colorways of the Lunarglides and not some super bright tacky colorway.

As of yesterday, there wasn't any additional off on the hash or clearance. Usually new promotions I believe start Thursday, so something may have changed today. But doubtful seeing as it is FnF

sorry yall, the pic of the techfleece bottoms might make them look like they are pants, they are actually the TF shorts. and they are $49, so if the sale still holds today, it says 30% off LOWEST price, (since they have been sneaky sometimes putting off retail price), then it would make it a sweet deal. also in addition to another 30% if you have FnF. wish i had one

The only time I saw Marvin The Martians at the Flushing store, they were retail price. I would cop them in my size for $129.99. Anyway, went to the Flushing Nike Clearance Store about an hour ago. Didn't really see anything but I took some flicks.

Wish they had these in size 12. They had a ton of them in size 11 but no 12. I do own the mid Alders but I prefer the low's because blue works better on this shoe than green does on the mid's.

I stopped at Woodbury Commons today, man it is a shame what a tourist trap that outlet became. I went to Paramus coming home from work the other day and most of the clothing was 40% off. Hash wall 20% off. Woodbury did nothing. The shoes we have mostly posted (like the Free run flyknits for example) were $100 in mostly every color we have posted.p for $60. All the retros js are gone. Hash wall was a mess.

I found a pair of Brian Anderson SBs from the flash pack. They were $34.99. Tried the 11 that they had and it fit, went for other shoe, it was a10..........

Rep checked in back and said they have no more and just chucked the shoes since they could not locate the matches........real shame.

Just sticking to Paramus for now on........
