Similar response received when I called the Citadel about those White/Gum AT3. After being on hold for a good 15 minutes they came back and said "oh you wanted those Air Trainer's, nah we don't have em"

Agreed my man, i was there in person a month or so ago and they just dont care...they walk around and talk with their "friends" and hook them up, if you ask them for help they act like youre a burden.

i called the South Chicago on the day after black friday and they did the same sort of but came back and asked if was wanting a completely wrong shoe and then hung up when i said no lol

do these employees job descriptions state they need to take phone orders? pretty sure the stores have customers in them, and the associates need to help them first. If you dont get through the first time try and again, and guess what, you might have to try a third time.

not to mention phone orders take a good 15-20 minutes to complete, youd catch me hanging up on some of you most of the time too.

Nice I want to get those 1.5s to paint, thatd be such a cheap price. I searched tanger outlets Michigan and a few pop up. Can you point me to the correct number? Did it look like a lot of people were getting them?
 
^^^ i called the outlet in howell and it rang for 2 mins straight on the 2 attempts i made. Took the L & gave up lol
 
I didn't know the rules for phone orders. But I do know one of my friends called from out of state and somehow was able to purchase one. Which is the reason why I put phone orders. Not sure if he just lucked out or what. It is worth a try for someone that's been after the sharpies. The price is good in my opinion.
