Space Jam 11's Restoration

Hi,
A while back my brother gifted me a pair of Space Jam 11s (the 2009 version I believe). They were in alright condition considering how old they are but I'd like to fix them up. I've been able to find videos showing how to reattach separated soles and midsoles but am unsure about what to do with this one part of the right shoe's insole View media item 1817819Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? It seems worse than a typical midsole scratch or crack. A YouTube video would nice if possible.
 
 

EDIT: Damn, his pair didn't have any of that. You should probably try to find a pair of donors (future lows or some other 11s) and then soleswap. Heres a tut on how to do that. 

You'd then separate the donor outsole from the donor midsole and the jordan 11 midsole from the upper. Heres a video for seperating the actual midsole: , only difference should be steaming the shoe (DONT PUT BOILING WATER INSIDE) to make it easier to get into (yes these are 4s but should be similar process of removing) 

EDIT 2: I actually found a video of him doing the process you need with some 4s: 

only change should be that you use a different midsole while he uses the same

I dont do this stuff but I watch alot of these types of videos, please do this with caution and watch alot of these before working on a shoe like the space jams. Hope I could help!

Thank you. What's the cheapest place/shoe for me to get the doner soles from? Do you think I could find an old pair of doner shoes in a thrift shop or something?
