NFL Week 13 In Review.....The End

I'd take Charles over Demarco in a heartbeat (especially with the guaranteed money on his deal being up)

But I'm firmly in the camp you don't sign RBs for big money.. You rinse wash and repeat with them, unless you are getting AP out of Oklahoma you wait til the 2nd.. You can always find quality talent in those middle rounds

Once the years and carries starting adding up, you move on

It's why I have zero issue with chip trading lesean (who we drafted in the 2nd.. Steelers drafted bell in the 2nd). .. Signing Murray was the mistake

Possible that Seattle is going to be better offensively sans Graham? Probably speaks to Bevell's ineptitude, but wouldn't surprise me.

Glad my boy Spencer got a 2nd shot and is making the most of it in KC. Thought he was done after 2 DUIs in 6 months in Seattle.

You have to be undersized or undrafted to succeed in this offense.  Never would have guessed Baldwin and Kearse would still be out here making all these plays, but it's time to give credit where credit is due....

Anyway the big difference has been the line.  And with it Wilson standing in the pocket and delivering deep balls again.

^ I'd say it's more probable than not. And it's not that Graham was being force fed or even taking away from the offense, it's just that a lot of what hinged the offense is now on the mend. The offensive line was on pace to have Russ sacked more than any other QB in league history but with a few tweaks and growing continuity, the turnaround they've pulled is night and day.

I'd say its been an overall collective effort, highlighted by Bevell, an improved offensive line, and the dynamic duo that is Russell & Rawls.

- ridiculous loss by NE. special teams...good ******* god. get it the **** together. belichick and mcdaniels TOTALLY made some **** decisions yesterday
- Cam flourishing. very impressive yesterday

will miss Shoes' WIR. thanks for keeping it going so long, man.

who will take over??? :nerd:

Charles is a great player....  But I agree that money would best be spent elsewhere.  You can't spend that much on an RB when you have needs elsewhere.

Really it's some of the sick defensive players on the Chiefs that never get enough credit.  People act like Justin Houston doesn't exist these last few years.
Man, I agree. The best least-talked-about player in the league.

Also, Marcus Peters...DROY?

JC25 to the Ravens..... (I wish) one of my fav RB's in the league alongside with AP

that poorly ran jumbo NFL thread is probably the biggest reason.
Agreed.  Been saying this for years, but the massive "official" NFL season thread is awful.  The NBA season thread is just as bad.  Two of the worst threads in S&T by far.  Like NT so much better when there were a ton of team and gameday threads.  Having one official thread, as well as thread nazi's who refuse to post in anything but said thread makes it lose its fun.

Thank you for running with this for so many years.  Been a great run and a fun weekly thread.  Props, shoes.

Jets:

- FitzMagic, Marshall, & Decker :smokin
- control our own destiny :smokin
- don't know why the Giants didn't kick the FG on the 2 to make it 23-10 but i'll take it :smokin

NFL:

- Allen Robinson is a star
- Cam vs Brees was awesome
- Mariota & Jameis :smokin
- Seahawks better without Jimmy? :nerd:

The takes were fresh & hot in this one

- New England, I hope you're getting used to Cassel being around because honestly...I can't see Tom Brady getting his job back. Isn't he getting a 2nd surgery in Jan? He won't be ready by next season...
Whoa dere.
Jamarcus Russell >>>>> Matt Ryan

Let's be clear, Matt ryan aint settin the world on fire.

He's got a all pro caliber wr, a very good running back and an excellent/sane work environment
Look at their situations,

Cmon...

O yea Jacoby Jones is healthy and a problem.
If only he can get on the field on offense
Not sure if Jay wrote this or it was a quote that got ****** up after migration, but yikes.
And the main reason Welker does well is because of Moss.
Ah. I remember when this was a "thing".
