Top 5 southern albums ever

Wouldn't say wack, but fully agree about a "created" beef and Scarface skit as a springboard

If we add Krits tapes that throws a monkey wrench in here.

Krit Wuz Here and Return of 4eva are easily in the top 5-10.

This has turned into a southern album appreciation thread. People just throwing **** out now, not even mad.

I love Field Mob; that's one of my favorite duos. Took that breakup hard.

Didn't know Skip had an official album out. That's funny to me.

Def one of those do you remember where you were when it dropped albums.
yessir....im in the A, and i remember trap or die, urban legend, crunk juice, pastor troy first joint, ghetto d, and gucci mane discography as music that changed how the streets were behaving......i cant even do a top 5 albums, but i can name 5 albums that triggered atlanta movements.......kilo ali, atliens, trap or die (mixtape and dvd....lol), urban legend, ghetto d.

Still don't understand how Webbie fell off so hard. Savage Life is damn near classic. Joint is so raw. Gangsta Muzik was tough too. SL2 and up were wack as ****.

Webbie did fall off. But he drops some heat here and there. He gave us "Trilla than a bish" on Savage Life 3 :pimp:

Those are the 5 I can't live without.  If Krit Wuz Here doesn't count give me something from Texas.

Stop putting boosie and webbie in here none of their albums are in top 50 southern albums...not sayin they aint had good singles but they are not classic albums that stand the test of time....nobody mentioned the souths greatest mc ever D.O.C. if not for the accident he wouldve been rap top 5 dead or alive ol boy was dope voice and pen game too strong plus he from the DFW so...

I don't count VA or the clips as southern.

The D.O.C definitely is a legend. But, wasn't "No one can do it better" marketed as a west coast album?
