Some OG XI's came in Orange/Brown boxes, some came in Blk/Grey w/ Jumpman on the top boxes. Why did they switch up during one model, especially with 2 different Concord and Columbia boxes?

And I know this has happened again recently if I'm not mistaken. What shoe and what was the reason? I wanna say it was because half were produced in one country and the other half in another country and both plants used different boxes but I can't remember if that's true or not...

Concord's:

Columbia's

Breds:

The switch was due to #1 a modern box change #2 move to a more eco-friendly near corrugated box which then leads to lower costs/improved public image

I'm not sure if country of origin had anything to do with it, can anybody else chime in?

The Columbia came in a grey and blk box so did space jam
1. I just posted a picture of '95 Columbia's coming in both boxes which includes the Orange/Brown box.

2. Space Jams came out in '00 boss. They have nothing to do with the question in regards to the original '95 pairs. My reply may sound harsh but that's just because it's being read through text. I typed it with a smile and I appreciate your input

Yes, that makes sense. But...why would some Concord boxes come one way, some come another, then the exact same thing with Columbia's? If they decided to do the whole eco-friendly thing on Concord's which is why there are 2 different boxes, why revert back on the Columbia's to the Grey/Blk box?
