Definitely.  Obvious scammer.  I contacted a few IG users who had commented on his for sale posts.... couldn't ever find anyone who had officially purchased a pair. 

Multiple people were also skeptical though, because of the price.  He was selling Moonrocks for $410 when at the time they were going for $800+.

So just got a call from my local finishline...that I missed. I stepped away to speak to a coworker and came back and saw I missed the call. I call back and girl answers, puts me on hold. After a minute, guy picks up and tells me I won. Said they would've allowed me up till tomorrow by 5pm to call back. Never dealt with a store was that nice. Its lit
