Beating a dead horse but folks who received that shady looking Adidas CS email stating that your cancelled 750 boost is actually not cancelled and receiving said email meaning you got yourself a pair and soon, what ever happened to that? I asked an Adidas CS for a follow up and got a generic email reply saying sorry but not sorry.

After researching your inquiry, I found that to our regret, we had to cancel your order due to insufficient stock levels. When you add an item to your shopping cart, the item is still available for other customers to order. If we happen to have a low quantity available for a particular item, there is a slight possibility that it may become out of stock when you submit your order. Upon review of our inventory, we did not have this item available as your order cleared through our system. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

In the future, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service department at 800-982-9337  for assistance with placing your order. We will be able to check the availability of an item before adding it to your shopping cart.

I recommend to keep following us on our twitter feed @adidasoriginals and also at adidas.com/yeezy. We also have a confirmed app that you can download as well. For questions or more information on the confirmed app go to http://www.adidas.com/us/confirmed.

They're closed for the holiday the team and section that covers this.  All of the customer service reps that work for the regular 800 number aren't informed to what's happening with the email as it stands right now (or so some of them are saying).  I spoke with a rep that confirmed the secondary e-mail and that it was in fact an issue with their system; but as long as you had gotten the second email (the shady looking one) that you would in fact be getting the shoe.  She also stated that the email had only gone out to some customers that had their orders cancelled not all(call 1).  (My opinion is that some of the customers that got the second email placed their order when the shoe was in fact in stock and not over sold and they mixed things up.  I've ordered from Adidas a few times online and haven't really seen any problems with over selling before or misinformed stock on the site.  Any and every time I've seen a shoe sell out quick when it truly wasn't in stock anymore it wouldn't let you check out and would send you back to the same screen you were trying to leave or back to the cart.  I've even seen that happen when it would say "Low Stock".  Outside of that if you were able to cart and the item sold out it would give you that blue box at the top of the screen with the item description and size is out of stock -- or something along those lines)

Then I spoke to another rep that stated that they have already begun shipping some of these orders and were trying to get them out as soon as they could the only downside was that they were shipping them and not giving out tracking information (call 2).  (Call 3 & 4 were similar) The rep didn't know any update to the situation but provided a second phone number to call (I'd provide if I could remember which number was to which from my call log).  When you call this secondary number the prompt says they have no information on orders for the Yeezy shoes then goes on to state that the offices will be closed until Monday.  The reps from both Call 3 & 4 were aware of the second email but did not know when the shoes would arrive or if they would even arrive directly to their warehouse or if it would be shipped directly to the consumer from another location.  The last rep I spoke with told me that I could try e-mailing the CR department (whom of which I think that's what you did and who replied to you) but wasn't sure if the people working the e-mails were sure or if they were even open at the time (Call 4)

This is all I know so far based off of my own phone calls to Adidas.  So I guess for now its all up in the air.  I blame part of this on Adidas and part of this on the holiday.  It was poor timing to release a shoe (especially one of that would generate this amount of buzz) this late in the year/month.  Its really hard to keep track of orders coming in and shipping out with shipping companies being so back logged and orders for gifts coming in in such abundance.

**EVERYTHING CAN POSSIBLY BE SHIPPED LATE BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAY AND THEY'RE BACKLOGGED SINCE BLACK FRIDAY**

Good looking out - Really appreciate sharing the information of what you know thus far. I wonder if anyone here on NT is part of the batch of folks that got cancelled and received the email but have received their pair.

Even with a loss, ADC is still owning me with the suspense, lmao. Longest running suspense on a drop...ever!

ADC is hilarious if that's true. Why would anyone actually need to know when this ridiculously valuable pair of shoes is going to show up at their house? Better hope you got honest neighbors!
The crazy thing is, how do you even track an order that is cancelled, with the reverse chargeback on your credit card. How do you even re-charge for something like that? If there's no tracking, there's no way ADC can prove that they shipped the shoes. It sounds hella fishy but its YZYSZN and I'm in it for the ride, lol

Man these local resellers nowadays ain't loyal at all nowadays. I was suppose to meet up for a pair with this guy I was talking too since last night, and 15 minutes before we link up he tells me he got an offer for $25 more. Smh
Rather give another reseller an extra $100 than up our original deal

Call their CS number and you can check on your order. They have a list of folks that received that email that should be receiving pairs. No one's gotten shipping info yet, although people have been told that pairs have shipped without tracking. Basically, no one actually knows what's going on and is just waiting in limbo.

I've called a few times already about the whole 750 e-mail.

Call 1

Rep confirmed the e-mail (honestly she waited to make sure I knew what I was talking about I'm guessing people called in and faked it) even asked to look up my order just in case.  She then said that she wasn't sure when they would come in or how it would be handled exactly.  She stated that not everyone got the e-mail but those that did would be getting a pair.

Call 2

Rep said that they had already begun shipping out orders as of Tuesday but the reps in the office weren't informed or updated with any tracking information and there's a great chance that they would be shipped out as such.  Just shipped no tracking info. (Again essentially confirming the secondary e-mail)

Call 3

Rep was aware of the second e-mail but wasn't sure how it was being handled referred me to another phone number.  Called that number and the prompt says that they had no information on any Yeezy shoes (the same general prompt when you call Adidas Customer service but this was clearly a recording of a employee) and that the office was and would be closed until Monday

Call 4

Rep aware of the second email referred me to the second number as well because he wasn't sure how it was being handled either.  Stated that they're supposed to be doing something but isn't sure where the shoes would be shipped to if it were directly to the consumer or to them then the consumer.

Pretty much no one knows exactly but there's a chance that they've already begun shipping things out.  I guess we just play the waiting game.

I'm one of those people that got the cancelled e-mail then the second one.  This is why I've been on their *** about it so much.  I had something similar happen to me with NIKE when the Rogue Green KD IVs dropped they told me my order didn't exist what so ever yet I was charged, had a confirmation number and confirmation e-mail. Then a second time when they retro'd all the '92 Olympic gear.  I ordered two of the snapbacks through one of their Olympic Sponsored sites told me my order was cancelled because of something random (it didn't make sense) and I ended up getting not one but both hats. Ever since then when **** like this happens I"m on that ***.

How do the black 750s fit? I remember somebody saying they're closer to .5 size big than the full size up of the first pair, but I can't actually find the sizing info anywhere.

ayyy

Can anyone explain me the YeezySupply fiasco with the bra and all that? Slept through all that.

I tried and got sucked into a 15 page witchhunt

Basically that YS BBBloke guy said something like go buy apparel. So people bought stuff off YS and AFTER they ordered the email confirmation said interested in tan 350s email YS with order confirmation/name/size. People thought it meant a guaranteed pair of 350s... Doesn't seem to be the case.

Somebody with previously reliable info tweeted out to buy apparel from YS. People had seen from previous order confirmations an offer to contact YS to buy OTs, and took the "buy apparel" tweet to mean that if you bought apparel, you'd be able to buy OTs. Since the bra was the cheapest piece of apparel, a bunch of random dudes on NT bought bras at like 2 AM.

also what he said 40 seconds before I did.
