Thats still pretty farfetched man. Were talking 3000 pairs, thats easily a U-Haul truck of kicks.
it's definitely a high number but over the course of a few years it's possible. I didn't imagine that I had even close to 200 and I'm already there.

I've been doing this for 10+ years now as well and I still have under 100 lol. Granted I did start while in high school on pretty much just allowance lol

My collection will never have more than 20-25 pairs. Can't bring myself to just hold onto pairs for no reason. I only get to wear sneakers once or twice a week. When I feel like I have too many pairs I just consolidate/upgrade so quality > quantity

3000 pairs in a 10-15 yr span is about 200 kicks per yr. You must be rich. Or making 6 figures and living with your parents

Been collecting and wearing sneakers since 2004/05. I was 11 years old and I truly thought by the time I hit high school I would have around 100 pairs. I don't think I ever hit that number because resell game was too strong, even as a kiddo haha. But it has definitely been interesting to see how the culture has evolved. Not surprised by it though. I own 50-60 pairs now and i wear every single sneaker. Ditched Jays a long time ago though and have been all about the runners for the last 3/4 years. As a kiddo I always loved air maxes tho.

Edit: really wish I would have a chosen a different username name at such a young age ... Corniest username on NT for sure smh

This is my situation, but I am hovering around 35-40 sneakers, selling and replacing as I go, not trying to pass 40-45. This is down from around 80-100 pairs back in my heyday.. but with work, it doesn't make sense to own all of them. :smh:

Picked em up this AM. Size 10 though as opposed to my other 350's which are a 9.5. Its a tad big but for the price I cant complain.

These HM pants look great in photos.. I just can't rock wit it in person.. maybe its because it fits weird on me.. SQUAT LIFE  idk man.. but dope photo :smokin

Pants are dope tho. Repped

As for squat life I recently learned having a linebacker build and playing sports my whole life on top of being 6'5. That tapering my jeans has changed my life.

Makes fits easy to pull off and brings everything together best 12-25 bucks

(depending on how many pairs u bring)

Recommend every dude tries it with one pair. Best of both worlds comfy not tight jeans with fitted look [emoji]128076[/emoji][emoji]127998[/emoji]

When I was younger I was in the 100 pair range constantly but as I'm getting older that number has gone down gradually! I'm around 30-40 pair now and I don't use a lot of them so alway selling some older vnds kicks and get the new stuff coming out! I'm also a lot more picky with shoes and they have to be comfortable enough to wear all day if needed lol

yall some hoarders man

I buy like 3-4 pairs of shoes a year.

And old **** that I dont wear I pass down to my nephew

I get to wear cool sneakers like once a week. If even that

Definitely. It's hilarious how many people are in these forums talking about clothes & fashion and whatnot yet none of them have a tailor. Every new pair of pants I buy (except joggers) goes straight to my tailor.

Find yourself a good tailor fellas, it'll change your life.

Why wear $700 sneakers with $20 joggers? Makes no sense, might as well rock $20 sneakers as well.

I wear $20 joggers but I don't own any 700 dollar shoes. Retail on yeezys was 200.

Wear $200 jeans then, if you don't care about label of your bottoms or jeans then your shouldn't care about the label of your sneakers.
