My wife wears US womens sz 7.5 or 8 ultra boost and she got a size US mens sz 7 V2 and it fit her well.

IDK she's a female and could probably be just fine going TTS. Males tend to have wider feet so going TTS for us makes the V2's little tight on the sides. But Since shes women's 7.5 and women's sizes is 1.5 up from mens she should be fine with a 6 in mens. Her TTS.
