AYE CONGRATS, I am glad they kept their word

The FA/Champs/FTL App reservations helps minimize in-store backdooring, but the winners are not random as it caters to people with higher "head-start" times.

If you have 6 minutes, which is a Platinum member, you're chances of getting the shoe you entered for are extremely high. If you don't, you won't get anything, because when your time expires, all the pairs will be reserved by then.

If they just eliminated the head-start, it would be a truly random process & would be more reflective of a true raffle. Right now its catered to Platinum members.

PO

Then you would have johnny enter like all his co-workers and family and flood the system (so I assume other than money obviously that system keeps someone from entering 1000 times, yea there will be those that hey have 10 VIP accounts at plat, but odds are it's not that many)

Or

Have bobby enter for shoes at store way out his range for kicks and giggles (check in helps locals or suppose to anyways so that's fine)

Look at RSVP and then damn Nike draws. Dudes win all over and don't plan to pick up

People spoofing adidas apps and be like yea I have pairs I can't get cause I can't make that 5 hour drive.

They trying to narrow down the unclaimed portions as well as flooding a raffle box with ur grandma and grandfather'a trying to enter for size 8.

Most of us in here are VIP plat unless you only come out for hype shoes strike out complain pay resell and repeat. I assume most of us has spent 300$ in FTL or FA this year.

If I don't hit with confirmed app then I don't get em. The whole waiting for two hours trying to check out a pair on ADC is a waste of time.

Kith shipped my V2s

They COMPLETELY ignored my address change though lmao, all good still going somewhere accessible.

In ny damn near everyone is a platinum member so it's not much of an advantage

Yeah no advantage for areas like that.

I'm in Dallas and everyone i know who won the Yeezy V2 when it was on the App, had 6 minutes. Anything like 5 minutes & below were usually waitlisted or an L.

Just sharing personal experiences.

Yea that's what I was thinking it's a crap shoot in NY

Also, many people are learning how it works cause as more places get it and words spreads. The knowledge to be a VIP quick and at all 3 chains will no longer have an advantage.

its just like some want it to be a crap shoot.

Its hard to do a lot of entries, because you need an account, unique ID and a phone number. But if you have multiple accounts/numbers/ID's, then yeah.

Essentially, for a reservation like a Yeezy, its going to be hard for random people with minimal head-start time to win a pair. But for a release like a Jordan SJ 11, it won't matter due to the abundance of pairs available.

Also, for check in you don't have to be in the store. All someone has to do is tell a store rep it's not working and they will give that person a code to enter. That code can then be shared with others for a short time as it is changed frequently. But I technically don't have to be in store for a check in. Someone could just text me the code while its still active.

I like the reservation process on the apps a lot, because it helps minimize in-store back-dooring, I was just pointing out the flaws I saw from personal experience.
