Curious from NYC peeps who hit ... with 6 min head starts - did you stay away from some of the bigger stores in favors of the smaller/outer boro locations? Only hit was at a smaller shop (didn't expect them to have more than 1 or 2 FSRs but my pick up was relegated to a bigger shop (34th street). Trying figure out the best strategies for the drop

Posted this a couple of day ago. You may wanna go look for the post where it showed corporate allowing you to pick up all three but then again you may get a different experience at the store where they only let you walk away with one.

I wear size 14 so I always go  for the bigger stores.  I'd rather take my chances with a higher stock count than less foot traffic.
