Would You Let Your Son Sag His Pants? Did/Do You?

I don't have kids yet, however my son or daughter will wear their clothes respectfully. Have to show some class and elegance.

Can't tell if serious thread

What decent parent would let their child sag?

Our parents didn't grow up in the sagging era. Many of us sagged in our teenage years the idea of seeing my hypothetical son sag is interesting because I would be denying him what I did and I'll need to justify it. If we look in this thread the idea of what sagging really is different for most people.

While I think it's dumb, I don't think I would do anything. I didn't want my parents telling me anything about how I dressed and for the most part they didn't. I'm sure they didn't understand why we were wearing huge white tee shirts etc back in the day so I'm sure I won't understand how kids dress when I'm older ( there's a limit of course. I think any person would agree with that. Like if the style is to walk around with you balls out that's just a common sense no)
What is the point of you being his parent if yoy are just going to let him do stuff simply because you don't want to be controlling
How did you get that out of clothing. I believe that you should be able to express yourself through clothing to an extent, as I mentioned before. That doesn't carry over to everything else. I'm not a tattoo person and I'd be against them marking their body up until they are an adult and living on their own.

I used to sag when I was younger... now I rarely do it. All my pants are fitted!

But like someone already said, I could give two ***** about how the next man wears his pants. Who stares at other dudes anyway?

But if my son chooses to sag, i'll just tell him what I tell all my younger cousins and nephews.

"Watch when you get into a fight "

I sagged, if he wants to that's his prerogative. Juveniles do juvenile things. Hopefully he'd find it as stupid as I do now, but if he doesn't he just better not be like this guy I knew in HS. Son was super extra with it. Made no sense.

Will I let my son walk around looking like he doesnt know how to wear pants? NO!

I sagged in MS and HS but I came up through the baggy jeans era. They NATURALLY fell a little off of your hips.
But the whole purposely saggin your pants below your ***, with your boxers showing, so that you can show off that fake *** gucci belt is some broke boy ****.

No, I will teach my son the common sense of how incredibly stupid it looks.

Plus the whole backwards spelling thing on top of that.
If there was a food named "saggin" I probably wouldnt eat that either.

so it was cool when y'all did it but your sons cant do it?

It was cool to be on the block when I was younger but do I want my children to be there?

No, two wrong don't make a right. You do foolish things as a child but as a parent you want to prevent your kids from doing those foolish acts you once done.

sagging is nowhere near the severity of doing whatever you were doing on the block

or doing cocaine and X

Actually it was NEVER cool to wear skinny jeans and sag them below your *** when I came up nor did I ever do that

Assuming skinny jeans weren't in style when you were young'n

You know what I meant

Y'all can sag in your childhood but not your kids

Y'all gonna let em listen to explicit rap music? [emoji]128064[/emoji][emoji]129300[/emoji]

To the last question, yes. They have to know why Jadakiss is as hard as it gets.
