So saw the red/white pair is conformed for july 2nd. They look great gonna be hard to pass. But the black metallic ate supposed to come out in July too

Man the mockup of the red/white pair had me geeked, but the pictures are underwhelming. Not a bad shoe, but it reminds me of the HOAL Lebron 12. I was hoping for nubuck and a deeper, darker red.
Still don't know if there's a 12 I need this year. Was set on the Masters, but might do Cement 4s instead. We'll see.

Not sure yet but Masters n a OVO are a go. There could be a 3rd mostly black XII or not. We don't have the complete lineup yet. Hopefully we get something good for AllStar weekend.

No way the black pair are ovo's at $190 price, when i seen price knew it wasn't ovo's they would more like $230 price range

The red pair sounds nice in theory but in the photos above it doesn't look as good as I pictured. Maybe it's just the pictures.

Yea I totally agree. I was saying outside of the Master n OVO I didn't know what the other "black" XII that was on the list for $190. Looks like it could be that Fade a Way or sumthin else.

JB needs to deliver decent playoff/obsidian retros. I got rid of the joints that dropped last because the quality was terrible. I'll take 04 quality in both pairs please.

i didnt see any issues with the 2012's.
of course, nothing compares to the OG but we will never get that back.

I don't know if you have ever owned a pair of the 03-04 XII retros, but the 2012 releases pale in comparison. The leather was noticeably thinner and of less quality. Even the stitching between the panels was less pronounced.
The CDP Taxis are better than the 2012s as well.
The good news is the recent pics of the 2016 Frenh Blues look a lot like the 2004 pair.
