ASG options aren't bad. i could probably see myself doing an OC iD depending on how long they'll be up for. i'm still waiting to see a lot of ppl's iDs before going in though. given nike's history with their painted flyknit (with the exception of the grinch X), you know those colorshifting uppers are most likely painted lol.

That's how I'm feeling too. I'm not totally sold on the iridescent gimmick, and odds are painted flyknit will look as bad as the ascension uppers. I might just order a regular iD I've had on my list for a while, just getting antsy to get another pair soon.

Very disappointed with the "premium" options. Really hoping it had the heel and tongue of the ASG. Hate the wide *** stitches. Gonna get the ASG down the road if they go on discount.

You mean the color shift wasnt premium enough

Turns out Nike was saving the northern lights theme for ID

i recall some kicks news outlet talked about nike improved the flyknit technique to allow color threads be insert during knitting..i hope this is the case.
