PSNY 12 LC

Came across two pairs that I'm interested in on CL and wanted to check both before deciding. Here's Pair #1:

It looked good to me, but want a second opinion.

Here's Pair #2:

I also thought Pair #2 seemed legit, however this seller does have the lowest asking price I've seen in my area and this comparison photo of a legit vs fake pair has me skeptical:

Opinions are appreciated. 

Get tagged pics. All of those pics are not from the same pair of shoes. If he's stealing pics your getting fakes for sure. I hope he's not selling them as new because neither pair is DS. Why would he take pics with the laces looking new and then loosen up the laces and take more pics? Doesn't make sense to me.
