OFFICIAL @MIAMIDOLPHINS 2016 PLAYOFFS! THREAD (10-6) :::: NEXT: WILDCARD Vs @STEELERS 1:00PM EST CB

No, this was in 97.
Moss was the next year... 98 the Dolphins picked after the Vikings. Drafted another Running Back, John Avery... back to back first round running back busts.

:x

Give it time, I'm sure Tannenbaum and Grier will contribute some more busts

Hard to top the Trade up, give away a 2nd round pick, pick a player at 3 who doesn't get PT his rookie year because of off field, injuries and coaches at the time not playing rookies. Going on the get suspended and hurt multiple times while he greatest achievement is covering Gronk 40 yards downfield.

Jimmy wanted Randy. But he thought Dallas was taking him at 8, so he traded down from 19.

Randy eventually went at 21. :smh:

Don't even remember that... good lord.
He would of had Marino and Brady if his path stayed the same. That would of been insane. His numbers would of been untouchable as a rookie.

I'll be at work for a few hours, watching the game on my phone with the direct tv streaming pass.

Dolphins should win.
But... It's the Dolphins.
We'll see any adjustments that were made pretty early on. Not much you can do with this roster.

Tunsil inactive today with a pre-game ankle injury.

Like I said...

I've said for the last three weeks, Ajayi has looked better.
He has been showing it in this game, and if nothing else, the Titans have a very good front 8.

Keep feeding him, see what he has.

Can anyone... ANYONE on God's green earth... tell me why these corners AREN'T PLAYING PRESS?!?!

Grant x Gray x Williams all injured.
Softest god damn team I've ever seen.

Should be thee highest paid trainers in all of sports.

Half the roster is out. :smh:

Weird, but we paid 114 million for Suh, to watch us get gashed up the middle over and over and over.

This is gonna be a long rebuild, and somehow, they won't allow Gase to oversee it.

Hence I say... Trade Suh, aquire assets.

Just read a few blurbs this morning, and I would tend to agree that if this team continues its Cam Cameron esque path, Adam Gase is out of here. You cannot have the team quitting 1/3 into the season and survive. The lack of effort is atrocious.

Ross and Tannenbomb are bff's so food for thought. Steelers are gonna roll this team so you're looking at 1-5. Do NOT think Gase is safe because it's his first year.

team actually got worse

Jawuan James got worse. I remember when he was a positive for the team. TE's have regressed. What happened to having seam busting TE's in the passing game? And their run blocking is worse.

If this was the result, not sure why Dan Campbell was pushed out so fast. We'd be no worse under him than we are now.

P.S. Mike Tannenbomb, big on sports nutrition and metrics and customized diets and #@^&, designed to make guys healthier and sustain less injuries.... LOL. Guys are dropping like flies. Tunsil stepped out of the shower wrong and hurt himself? Clown show organization.

I know almost next to nothing about this Gase guy aside from his Broncos and Bears stop.

Knowing the Dolphins luck, it's all going to go horribly wrong

At least we will be a first class organization off the field.

:smh: Damn, on the money

"We need to give him a chance with protection," Gase said during his Monday press conference, referring to Tannehill, who has been sacked 17 times in five games. "When you hit your back foot and get sacked [it's not good]."

Miami will have a couple of options like 49ers Colin Kaepernick, who will likely be released, or Brian Hoyer, Case Keenum, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Geno Smith, who are all expected to become free agents. And there's also the possibility of selecting a quarterback like Notre Dame's Deshone Kizer, Clemson's DeShaun Watson, UNC's Mitch Trubisky, UM's Brad Kaaya and Ole Miss' Chad Kelly early in the 2017 draft.

Jay Cutler will likely be in the mix too.

I hope you dudes get one of these **** tards to play QB for you. You guys deserve it. :smh:

Tannehill just isn't worth his contract. We can't opt-in to that money with him performing the way he is right now.
