Cooper Kupp is consistently making plays in 7 on 7 and team period. Very impressed with him. He gets open and catches everything.

Cooper Kupp is going to be a QB's best friend. Knows how to find windows vs zone, reliable catching the ball in middle of the field.

Jimmy Kempski tweeted that the Eagles are looking to free up "significant" cap space

:smokin

http://www.phillyvoice.com/source-eagles-expected-free-significant-cap-space/

If we can get peters to restructure that would be great.. then keep him and barbre for 1 more year, draft a guard to be his replacement this year

Seumalo replaces Kelce.. and big v is the backup tackle (and this Tobin gone)

Everyone else I want gone.. obviously not bradham

Also if someone offers something for jmatt, I want us to move him.. him and ertz are redundant

Lol if we move jmatt we rlly wld have 4 new wrs out there

Problem....

I think jmatt gotta get paid next offseason and teams got money this offseason.. so some average dudes going get some serious money, which obviously will come up

Any chance burton stays? I know he can get more snaps elsewhere

I think we gotta bring him back.. celek is almost out the door.. and it should be abundantly clear how lacking the receivers are and they've said stuff today to that point

And more importantly should be cheap

Hypothetically, let's say we can somehow get something for: Kelce, barwin, kendricks and jmatt

We then sign 1 WR.. draft 2.. bring back Turner and/or treggs.. at the least.. maybe we sign 2 guys, although doubt it (assume we go 1 WR and 1 cb)

If our draft ends up like that (which I would have zero problems with), it would mean we grabbed at least 1 CB and at 1 WR in FA

If Kempski is correct about freeing up cap space, Alshon and Bouye should be the top two targets

SN: Senior Bowl practices are airing and Damontee Kazee reminds me of Jalen Mills (with speed)

Draft goes that way, I don't want a receiver for more than 2-3 years.. sign garcon, desean, woods or maybe even Britt

And then sign Gilmore

If we get Davis AND tabor, I'm ecstatic.. if we get canon and kazee too, howie would be a gawd.. then throw in taywan taylor to boot

I'm sure there are backs I like better that would be available where he has jamaal williams

Doug Pederson was watching the WRs closely at the Senior Bowl. Here's what he looks for when doing so:

We had the worst wr core in the league. It rlly was depressing watching these bums. No amazing plays and cldnt make routine plays

2. The Eagles ranked 6th in drop passes on the season.

3. The Eagles ranked 8th in penalties on the year.

My 1a..

If ross somehow makes it to the 2nd, then go WR again (even if we go Davis or Williams at 14/15)

If ford or Kupp is there in the 3rd, go WR again (even if we go any of the above)

Then a couple of guys I'd love for us to take 4th or later (depends where what and how)

Zero problem with us coming away with 3 WRs out of this draft

U sayin go wr in the 1st three rounds???

No.. well I doubt it happens

BUT, if those guys are there on the board in those specific rounds.. I sure as hell hope we don't pass up on them because we took a receiver earlier

We need multiple WRs and CBs.. could also easily see us going CB in the 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd depending on how the draft plays out

Ross and ford kinda overlap in skill set.. but ross and Kupp to go with either Williams or Davis would have us in a great spot

I look at us going Lito, Sheldon and Michael Lewis in 3 straight picks in '02 (Lito in 1st and other guys both in 2nd on back to back picks)

How y'all feel about letting Bennie walk?  I love the guy, but if Washington wants to cash him out, and he values the payday over playing in Philly (where he said he wants to be), then I have no problems letting him go.  Beau Allen been waiting in the cut, and the last thing we need to do is cash out on another D-lineman after the contracts we just gave Cox and Curry.
