Clement is probably auditioning for a practice squad position at this point. Gotta think sproles, Blount, Smallwood and pumphrey are the guys

"New Eagles coach Mike Groh to Green-Beckham, who was running route with his head down: "Stop looking at the ground! What's on the ground!?"

"1) Derek Barnett uses bend to get around Lane Johnson and pressure Wentz.

2) Barnett tries to bullrush Johnson and Lane stonewalls him."

I know it's the first day of OTAs but Aggy looked improved. You could tell that the game is finally starting to slow down for him. Still don't think he'll start but I can definitely see him being more consistent

He played the slot a ton at USC.. obviously we can't bank on him.. but at least we're in a position we're not banking on any of those dudes

DGB is gone.. still think there is a chance we move Matthews

If JMatt is moved, it probably wouldnt be until after final cuts. If Aggy shows enough improvement and is more consistent that Smith, Smith might be gone. Or they could PS Gibson and keep 5 WR (Alshon, Torrey, Aggy, JMatt and Mack 10)

^ i cant see it.. you have to look at it by positions/responsibilities

our outside guys are: alshon, smith, DGB, treggs and 2 rookies.. pretty sure 4 of the 6 are making the team, i assume we go with 6 WRs

if smith is gone, it's because either of the 2 rookies show a TON.. but i fully expect him here just because he doesnt cost much and you dont know how a rookie will really preform when the regular season starts

with jmatt, if could come down to a couple guys on the roster for that slot spot inclusive of agholor.. and then pumphrey and sproles will get a ton of snaps there too.. then factor in the overlap of skillsets with ertz

also think we move couple guys before start of season.. depending on injuries or teams with obvious needs (hate saying this, but cowboys need a DE)

2011 was a bad draft as a whole. 2010 did give us Nate and Kurt but that wide 9 messed up both of em. Especially Nate since we rushed him back from his knee injury only to lose his confidence and become #LateAllen

I think agholor and jmatt will flourish if they're both here this season. I always felt like agholor could win off the line but something just happens to his mental at the point of the catch, I'll always remember him shaking Sherman loose last year but failing to come up with the catch...

Also that move he put on Haden in the opener, he definitely shown flashes but they've been so few and far between

Agholor routes and speed never been the problem.

It's just like dude panics wen the ball is coming toward him laugh.gif It's all Mental

He was even routing up RevisIsland before it became ResortResort

I think it's a combination of everything and it all just snowballed.. we had extremely limited options, so we kept having to force him out there.. maybe having a lot less pressure allows him to develop

But he does have stuff like this:
https://twitter.com/patrickmcausey/status/829161794505687040

Still remember his first preseason when dude was attacking the ball when it came his way and engaging defenders when he got it in his hands

I'm not a fan of jmatt in the slot in this O just because of what we ask of our slot WR.. it makes sense that we would see pumphrey in the slot a ton

In all seriousness, if Aggy gets it together, him and Alshon is pretty lethal. Similar to DT/Emmanuel Sanders in Denver (w Peyton lol) but I know thats a pipe dream lol
