A Domino’s Pizza delivery man stabbed a customer in Covina during an altercation over the food's late arrival, police said Sunday.

Michael Charles Parker, 31, stabbed the 20-year-old customer around 11:35 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Mangrove Avenue, according to a Covina Police Department news release.

The victim was stabbed in the neck and wrist areas during the altercation, which stemmed from the pizza’s late arrival, police said.

The customer tipped Parker about $3 — the pizza cost about $45 — and the delivery man stayed in the doorway, refusing to leave, Sgt. Gregg Peterson said.

An argument then ensued, and escalated into a physical altercation that moved to the home’s driveway.

The victim was then stabbed and transported to a local trauma center. He suffered non-life threatening injuries, the police news release stated.

Parker was later detained as his place of work and taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon, police said.

:rolleyes :smh:

Sounds like something out of GTA V or GTA San Andreas

You KNOW there was somebody like
"That pizza aint gonna eat itself"

everyone thinks theyre hard and people cant accept  taking a small L like a bad tip or a slight attitude from someone.......probably a mix of the 20 year old being disrespectful and then probably giving him less than $3 tip if it said "about $3"

Who the hell tips the pizza delivery man anyway
The most I tip is my change
Say my pizza cost $19.76
First I check my pizza
Make sure it's how I want it
Give him a $20 and then tell him to keep the change as I close my door
Not to mention the pizza was late:smh:
I swear man I'm basically an employer if I'm just giving folks money
Tipping is the biggest con ever invented

Thats crazy. A couple years ago me and my co worker had a altercation with a Dominoes pizza guy who barked at us over the phone becuase he was lost. Delivery guy threw the pizza on the floor ready to scrap. Saying he doesn't give a **** about his job and he down for whatever.

I had to bust him over the head with my walkie talkie. These guys be acting reckless.
