While last week's Raw was eventful, tonight will officially kick off the Road to WrestleMania. We have a WWE Title Match with Roman Reigns being forced to put his title on the line against Sheamus with Crazy Vince McMahon as the special guest referee. I'm interested to see if Vince comes out in the cutoff tee completely jacked up like Vince of the late 90s, or if age and sensibility has caught up to him. The latter is unlikely.

What is likely is we will probably get a clear direction of what is planned for Roman Reigns between now and WrestleMania.  Triple H may return tonight to set up a match at Mania, but that then does leave the question of what happens to the Royal Rumble winner.

Word from Bryan Alvarez is that plans for WrestleMania are pretty much set, and the writing team is writing backwards to make sure the stories are logical. In theory, this should make for a lot better TV. But we also know that Vince chances his mind constantly and it is extremely hard to put on 3+ hours of good tv.

A legend, soon to be Hall of Famer, will be making his return tonight. I hope they have better plans for him this year compared to past years.

We should also get more clarity on the Royal Rumble PPV. Last week, The Big Show announced he was the first entrant into the Rumble, though it wasn't sure if he was just the first to declare or the actual #1 entrant. No one really seemed to know. The major questions are if guys like Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker and John Cena will be in the Royal Rumble match itself.

We also have the debut of Smackdown on the USA Network this Thursday night (taping tomorrow). Expect WWE to put a lot of effort and promotion into the show, and it would certainly make sense if tonight's Raw ends with a cliffhanger to get fans to tune into Smackdown. The other big news of course is that Mauro Ranallo will be the lead announcer on Smackdown which will be a very welcome change.

Jay Lethal is less than a year away from having Stevie Wonder-esque braids/hairline..

Jay Lethal, Styles and Nakamura would be cool to see in WWE. But they'll screw it up if it ever happened.

the legend is jeritroll

i thought smackdown was gonna be live again not taped -_-

aj and maybe lethal would be cool, nakamura is good but he would be wasting his time in wwe they wouldnt push him and his gimmick wouldnt be understood by most of the wwe universe
