Damn so me and my ex had that closure tonight... Went sour pretty quick, because I think she's bitter when I have a new girl.

I was like uhh you were dating around too, not my fault your longest relationship was 3 weeks. Still domes the change the fact that you were dating trying to move on.

She responded wanted to work things out again before we officially (legally) call it quits.

I feel some type of way for some reason. I just don't know what it is though.

Fellas help me out?

Go ghost and cut her out of your life.

She tried to swing to another dude, probably realized he was a lame, and now you look like a sucka for even considering taking her back. She couldn't do better so she tries to go back to you. Funny how that works.

What you do now will be a measure of your maturity.

I think I need help folks..... I'm going through a sudden and crazy dry spell

It feels like all the wome I've had in my life have dropped off the face of the earth in a matter of a couple months...it was less than a month ago that I had like 4 girls with some level of vested interest in me, and they all have vanished, be it moved out of town, back with exes, started curving me, whatever

And then I realized that I worked with all these girls :lol: and I also realized I can't keep combing my office building for women.

I'm almost in my mid 20s and I'm out of college and I really have no idea where to meet interesting women. I go out to bars/clubs every weekend but that **** ain't really clicking with me anymore.
 
Book club, coffee spots,festivals, etc.
pools, brunches, chilling with your peps, the chick in apartment complex, etc

Shoot aren't you a writer?

Stop trying to sound super cool and heartless like you're impervious to it. Anyone can get played. If your girl is showing you the good side of her and then on the other she smashing somebody else and you don't know, how is that your fault ? It's not gonna always be that obvious. I hope that if the situation arises in your life, you'll be able to figure it out right away. :rolleyes

If your girl is showing you the good side of her and then on the other she smashing somebody else and you don't know, how is that your fault ? It's not gonna always be that obvious. I hope that if the situation arises in your life, you'll be able to figure it out right away.

I agree, but every guy, more or less, goes through a similar situation and/or gets played. I would know firsthand.

I don't wish it upon anyone, but in hindsight, it's a tough lesson that has to be learned. The unfortunate part is that some guys just never get the chance to learn this lesson (e.g. find out their girl is cheating). It's not the guy's fault, but it's doubly important to do deep due diligence and vet accordingly. You can't completely prevent it, but you can take measures to mitigate it.

This is true but sometimes you can do no wrong and still get burned. It can happen to anyone. I'm not on that "trust no chick" stuff but I do realize it can happen to anyone
 
^ Yes, I completely agree that it can happen to anyone. No one is immune to getting played.

However, if you do get played and never find out, that's a rough situation that no one should go through (but people do). In that particular situation, I can only hope that in time, red flags come to light and you decide from there.

Oh I was definitely a sucka for her... I have no ego to say otherwise. She's my Wife (legally still), I've known her since High School, went to college and grew up together. The whole her dating other guys never phased me, because I was out doing things 10x worse. It'd be hypocritical of me to be angry.

The problem is, for awhile... I went ghost, I wild out and was out banging different girls every single night. Would it be fair for her, to give her another chance, knowing what I know and doing the things that I did. I'm trying to stay civil with her, since the divorce isn't settled yet, not trying to have her go after everything including my check.
 
@HAWAII 5O -- you didn't mention you're technically still married to her, so now the situation is different.

Stay civil until that divorce is all said and done. Is she getting half in the divorce?

Thing is most of my social circle goes to bars/clubs...I'm not about to roll dolo to a book club lol

Maybe when I start grad school in the fall things will open back up. I'm dry than a MF right now

I agree but I don't automatically assume the dude is being dumb. Women are better than us at hiding things.

All I have is sympathy especially when it's a marriage.

honestly man Library. I've been seeing some nice looking chicks there lately.
Also. (don't judge me) the court house..
Plenty of wreckless driving women in there paying tickets. hahaha. (i know you not about to hang out at a court house lol im there all the time so i scope the scene)

lol seriously if you're not fond of the bar scene. coffee shops mid dayish. like lunch time. .
or use the meet up app. find events you're in to there. we just had this cooking class studio party place open in my town seems like yambs are plentiful in there.


those wine and paint night women be in there fierce (some may question your motives of why you're there)
