***MLB FEET AND EQUIPMENT 2016***NEW THREAD

On another note i must have caught my ross when the shipment came in. Literally the first time in 3 years i found smething worth buying. They had all kinds of bball, baseball, and football shoes/cleats. Also had quite a bit of pro combat compression gear as well as other brands.

Picked up these swingmans for $13, not that i need more cleats but just said $13 what the hell why not add to the rotation. Picked up some pro combat tops n tights. Only dropped $50

Thinking about customizing them some and in grey to match our unis just dont know where to add the grey yet.

does anyone have any idea what cleats miggy is wearing this season? they kind of remind me of the old Verderos that came out 6 years ago.

Dont have those near me. Actually never heard of the place til a cpl years ago searching for random stuff online. Sometimes those stores that go out of business have thing damn near 80% off but then theres those stores that have like 10-15% if that

You hit it right on the money.

Popped in last night and everything was 10% off. Weird part was that the parking lot was packed and the line to pay was like 40 deep.

I'll pop back in the day before closing and see if the discount goes up at all.

Are the Kobe 11 cleats going to release? Saw hunter pence and now Marcus Stroman with a Eric avar inspired true blue pair last night...

If u see a basketball shoe on the diamond (not jordan) its more than likely a custom pair that had spikes added on. A lot players have been doing it a lot the past cpl years (not saying it hasnt been done prior but its like "the new thing" it seems)

does anyone have experience with on field glasses vs contacts? are contacts annoying to wear while playing baseball? is it better to just get a pair of oakleys and throw prescription lenses on them?

ive never worn either but got my vision checked recently for the first time in a couple years and im 20/45 i think in one eye.

I've done both. But only practice in glasses a couple times and it was ok. Crappy part about glasses was your peripheral view especially hitting. You're not looking thru the lens. Yes your head should be turn when hitting but being able to look on the other side was no go for me. Oakleys or any other sport rx may be better though as they'll wrap around

As for contact I never had an issue with my sight or them bothering me during play. The only downside was them being new and trying to get them in and/or getting fit in them

Back when I first got them I wouldn't wear the glasses except for in class and contacts on the field. All the other hours I never put them on or in so getting the contacts on before a game. It's still the same now for contacts lol I only use em for sports

What is up with Jimmy Rollins? He's wearing Nike BG's and a Nike wristband this year, I can't tell what cleats he is wearing since they are always blacked out. He is always varying between Nike and Jordan stuff anyway, even though he's officially with JB.

Nice stuff as always Doogie24. I love those Sphere Elites, those are my favorite.
