Copped another pair of retro 7 cleats to mimic that custom on last page or either send em in.
I was gonna do it to my pair i already have but i dont feel like doing a deep cleaning .. only was $36

I got a question for y'all. Has anybody ever had metal cleats converted to molded? Not conversions I know what those are but the actually bottom plate converted? I hit up customcleats.com, but they never responded.

That doesnt sound like a job custom cleats woud do. Most of their work appears to be applying cleat plates to soles.
Just from what im gathering you have metal spikes with an actual full cleat plate already .. so are you wanting to strip the spikes some how and wanting them to put the molded piece on top
Ive never seen or heard anyone doing this. Is the cleat youre trying to do not available in mcs anymore?

Yeah thats exactly what I'm trying to do. Been something on my mind to ask just barely getting around to asking it now. I've never seen it myself but you never know what people can do now adays. The cleats I have aren't in MCS anymore...

I mean i guess that can be done but getting the spikes out wpuld be the hard part, especially if they are worn down. I think if thats the case prob can just file them down to nothing (pray they dont push up into the midsole) and apply the MCS

Alright so here they are. Edges were a PITA so some are lil sloppy still did the best i could to fix em up. I think I did pretty damn for my 1st time + all the work was done between 11pm - 2am over the course of 3 days (no midsole speckles tho). Think I shouldve went with a matte finish instead of satin though, lookin extra shiny in the sun

Goal was to have em ready by the championship game Sunday, but being superstitious I didnt wear them and continued in the retro 4s since we had 4 straight. Ended up losing in the ship though so theyll be a go for next season

these took me way back in the day. I had the white and black ones with the silver stripe. I was fortunate enough to have my dad buy them for me, albeit the youth size pair cause ain't no way he was gonna pay $40 for some BGs
