I brush my teeth everyday. I don't have sex everyday. And I think for most normal people, thats normal.

Theres more to a relationship than sex.
The greater feeling of truly being in love with someone takes place outside of the bed.
I'm truly turned on by my woman. And yes, I would love to get some *** every night. But realistically, thats an unhealthy approach to gauging how connected you are to someone.
Because what happens when you outgrow the sex? Having sex every night of the week is something teenagers/early-mid 20's do. Especially if you got kids, hobbies, jobs, and other things in life that consume not only your time but attention.
I'm not hitting it every night if I go to bed by 2 and have to wake up by 7. Mathematically, it don't even make sense.
I'm more in love and I'm more connected to my girl than I ever was 6-7 years ago when I was hitting it almost every night. Because I'm not anchoring my relationship or our connection on sex.
Which is why 89 (on average) is such a realistic number. Because it makes sense. Especially for people who have more things to do in their life than lay in bed all day wasting protein.

i think its a low number for someone who doesn't live with their significant other. Like if you dont see the person everyday you would be inclined to have sex more than one time in one night.
