Two of the teens admitted to cops that they had sex with the 18-year-old girl after finding her drunk in the Osborn Playground in Brownsville at about 9 p.m. last Thursday, but they insist it was consensual, sources said.

They said she was having intercourse with her boozed-up dad before they had sex with her, law enforcement sources said.

One of the boys took out his cellphone and recorded video — catching the woman with her pants down as her father stood nearby, the suspects’ relatives said.
In a short clip of the footage viewed by The Post, a young woman can be seen sitting on the ground rocking back and forth and grinning. There is the sound of young men laughing in the background.

One of the teens says to the older man, “Can we have some of that?,” according to a law enforcement source.

A teen can then be heard telling the girl, “You said, ‘Yeah.’ That’s what I’m saying, it’s lit [OK], like you know what I mean? I could tell you a freak.’’

The drunken dad staggered off and, when he returned, threw a beer bottle at the teens, according to law enforcement sources.

The father told cops he eventually went to two nearby delis for help, but workers there have said he was too drunk for them to understand him. In the end, he flagged down a passing patrol car.

The father told cops he fled the rape scene because one of the teens had a gun. A weapon has yet to be recovered.

Phillip’s brother, Billy Anderson, 24, and mother say the video shows that the boys’ sex with the girl was consensual and that the victim and her dad made up the rape tale to cover up their actions.

“All of that she said is a lie. If that was supposed to be her father, then you know she was in the park f–king her father,” Anderson said. “She was basically telling them, ‘You could do it.’ This video is basically proving that whatever [their] story is, it’s false.”

Phillip’s mom, who would not give her name, added, “She was laughing, and they walked up on her like that. That’s her! She don’t have on no pants. This is before everything. She was out there having sex with the man that say he was her father.”

Cops were waiting for a search warrant before they viewed the cellphone video...

Now the gun is in question.

Add that to the boys being released (one being held on another unrelated charge) just makes this look like it's not what it was reported to be.

Even with more info and details there's still could've been a rape. It just gets harder to prove.

If the chick was drinking, how drunk was she? Could she have given consent? Even if she was riding her pops on a park bench so what. Not many drunk chicks can give consent. Unless these boys are gonna stick to this went down like porn and they just showed up and she let them smash they might not get off that easy especially if the DA's office extends time to indict.

If everything was so consensual and they asked the father if they can get in on it too why does he leave? Go to two different corner stores to get help but is too drunk for them to understand, gets a patrol car to come through, claims they had a gun, and throws a bottle at them?

Only done it to one person, my current girl.

Ultra cleanly, make-up always done type.. So everything was shaved and looking straight.

Kind of like eating a dry box honestly. Double time it with the fingers in the yambs and you got the recipe for success, triple time it with the thumb stimulating the button and she's done.

So we take a trip as a family down to Miami to visit some of my mom's family. I was about 7-8 years old. We get there and as we were walking to the door, some dude jumps out the bushes with an uzi and told my mom to give her the purse. Next thing you know this man I was supposed to call my dud ran inside of my mom's family house. Dude didn't try to plead for our lives or anything. Just ran. I've faced death since that happed and I never pulled the stunt my dad did. Sad day for me and my family. But I'll tell you what, it did make a man outta me. I don't hate my pops, at least now I don't. That was just a cowardly move. It's just sad that I had to go through all those difficult times in my life because of my father, or lack thereof.

The thief was shocked like "did this dude just did that?" My mom gave dude the purse and as he was getting away he tripped over a chair. I asked my pops years later why he did that, he said he didn't want to get killed. He said he knew the thief wasn't gonna hurt my mother and my brother and I. I'm like whatever dude. You still ran. I forgive him though, don't wish him any ill will or death, gotta let that hurt go someday. I just know he isn't built like that. I know he is not perfect and he is human, but when you're a kid you think you have the best dad ever. Then something like this happens and ***** up your entire view of the world. It's hella traumatic. I don't have any physical wounds from that incident, but the mental and emotional pain I had to deal with had a far longer lasting impact than if were to have been physically injured. He never even apologized. I don't need one though. I'll be a better dad to my kids if I ever have any.

Yeah, that incident was the beginning of the demise of my family, my parents separated way after though. And my brother turned out to be a sissy just like pops, he was running away from fights and stuff too.

Every time I hear that Boosie line, "yo momma had more heart than yo daddy ***** ***", I always felt he was talking to me.
