It used to be. You'd have to unequip it everytime you transfer servers or go into a safe house

But it's been fixed. It may not reflect on your skill power in a safe house but when you pop a skill in combat itll activate
 
Lucked out and got some Skulls MC gloves... not sure I can fit it in my set though.  Oh well.

Work very well with an all high end build. When they nerf uncomplicated the skull gloves will be a really good set if you can build around it. My build with it is real flexible
 
I now have 3 pairs of Skull's MC gloves... sadly, I haven't found a way to fit them in to my build.  Oh well.

Anyway, 1.6.

Won't be buying last stand. Pretty disappointing in terms of dlc Imo. All game modes when they said it'll be expansions

Anyways the named weapons getting some good love tho. I already got 2 builds ready for 1.6 so I'm hype
 
My all high end build with Barret vest, specialized backpack, refreshed mask, skull gloves, shortbow kneepads, nimble holster

4 pc reclaimer 2 high end build for healing

4 pc predator 2 high end
 
4 pc Reclaimer will be very interesting in 1.6.  You'll be useful in those super-contaminated DZ's. 
 
I saw the video about it. You will die in 30 seconds of you don't have good healing. It's crazy
 
That Toughness!

What's your assault-rifle DPS?

Can't wait to see how the Toughness and Skill numbers change in 1.6.  

Been watching some 1.6 PTS Last Stand game play vids.  Looks... interesting.  
 
It depends on which one I use. I have a max damage m4. Dps sits around 288k to 310k with 21k base damage for each m4/lvoa I have. I could easily have it higher if I use a scope with high headshot damage but I don't since I'm on console

My gear has good base damage and armor rolled everywhere so in 1.6 I'll be alright in terms of armor and health. Can't wait to try out legendary difficulty tho
 
Yes, Legendary!  It's funny how there was a time when I dreaded Challenging cuz it took over an hour to complete... then came Heroic, which was tough in the beginning, but eventually became do-able with a strong team.  And now we have Legendary.  I expect the difficulty to increase drastically.  Hunters.
 
It's really funny man! Challenging was super hard back in the day. Now it's easy. Heroic was even worse! But I finish falcon lost and clear sky on heroic easily. Legendary looks really nice. Especially since the npc don't have aimbots anymore

So they will miss shots a bit
 
Can someone help me out with The Division?

Like, what should I be doing?

I am trying to get my DZ to 99 before I invest in DLC but I get WAXED :x

I don't know what gear sets and weapons to use and what core game stuff I need to do.

Should I build weapons at the base or?

I LOVE the game but somebody please help :lol:

So I and gear level 256 and have beat the game. DZ level 35.

Basically I just hop in the Dark Zone and do daily missions as well. Sometimes I run around and find the collectibles. I also squad up via match making
