Tom Clancy The Division March 8th XBOX ONE PS4 and PC

Ok, that's good... so now it's all about choosing how you want to build your character... Some guys like to be tanky (take a lot of damage), while others like to use Skills (flame turret, sticky bombs, healer/supporter).  Or you can go full-on DPS and deal the most damage.  From there, you can chose which gearsets to focus on.

For me, I'm sort of in the middle.  My biggest stat is Toughness, but it's not super-tanky.  Around 370k.  DPS is around 319k (depending on the weapon), while Skills is 180k.  I run with first-aid and pulse, which is why I don't need that much Skill.  Gearset-wise, I'm using Predator's Mark, where 2-piece has a 10% reload speed increase, 3-piece improves assault rifle and SMG damage, while 4-piece makes your opponent bleed after landing 10 shots.  My other 2 pieces are the Barrett's vest and a "Specialized" backpack which boosts Skills up a bit.

I suggest looking thru the gearsets and deciding what interests you.  Do you like to snipe from a distance... do you like to play Medic... do you like to use a big-ace shield and attack aggressively... ?

As for DZ, I don't bother with it unless I'm with a group cuz the rogues are just so damn annoying.  If you plan on sticking with the game, get the DLC.  The Underground has been fun and Survival is something a bit different.  You can gear up pretty quickly with Underground as well.

Done ALL the missions on the map?

Thanks man. I actually like the DZ though. I like PvP
And I would prefer a assault rifle and a sniper. I don't understand what guns are good though.
And what is up crafting?

And are you talking about the side missions?

And how do I get weapon skins?

Crafting is ok. Hasn't been a lot of good blueprints lately. But you never know

Weapon skins are in the base. Main floor by the security side. They update everyday at 7pm. So be sure to check there

Sometimes there may not be anything there, if so its because you already have what is being offered

Any tips for someone that just picked up the game last week? Finally got to play last night with a few friends who just got it recently as well.

Have never really played any rpg games so I feel like I'm completely lost lol

my trash build smh.

Assault rifles... I guess it's the G36, M4 and LVOA-C that's the most popular right now.

Marksman rifles... I think it's the SCAR-H variants... or the M700-Tactical or Carbon, I think?

Crafting... there isn't much to craft (for me anyway) nowadays.  My most recent blueprint is the Lvl 34 Extended Mag, but the rolls are usually so low.

Yes... all the little side missions as well.  I dunno if they've improved the rewards, but I did all the missions to get the most out of it.

I guess for 'beginners' it's just to do all the missions and level up to 30... from there, the gear improvement goes way up.  You'll also then get to move up in your World-Tier... tougher enemies, but better rewards.

I've tried to use the matchmaking to do raids. It's frustrating. I've only done the first one successfully.

I don't do the Incursions unless I'm running with a group... which isn't all the time.

Tried running Dragon's Next Challenging a few months back, but kept insta-dying towards the end... dunno why.

When is a good time to copp the DLC?

And which one first?
Just get the Season Pass?  That's what I did.

I bought it after I did all the main/side missions... when I fully completed the game.  But I get that things are a bit different now.

I think Underground is still the fastest way to farm gear.
