Los Angeles Rams are coming home thread (1/12)

My dad played for the la Rams in 72 so technically I should be a fan but I'm true to my panthers. I don't know any rams fans out here it's all cowboys raiders Broncos chargers 49ersfans out here

Are any of the Rams fans in here actually from LA because ive never met one before this year. I had two buddies from the OC Anaheim that liked the Angels and Rams growing up but thats it. Maybe i grew up on the wrong side of the tracks in Glendale/Burbank area.

good signing low risk maybe another Barron situation.. first round talent miscast in the wrong system

yeah that was inevitable

should be cool though

There's going to be another dynamic of the show that the past shows never had as far as being a team that's relocating. That's one reason why this year might be the highest rated. I'm going to be itching inside until August

HBO wanted them a couple of years ago but uptight Fisher wanted no part of that.

Impatiently waiting for season ticket details over here

The Rams are playing at the Coliseum temporarily, right? Is it only for a season or two?

More like 3 seasons.

The new stadium in Inglewood won't be done until 2019.
Ahh alright. I'm kind of excited to see the Rams back in LA.

I remember growing up and always watching the games between the Niners lol.

ticket prices came out today. By order:

$2025
$1575
$1350
$1080
$810
$675
$585
$360

Thats per ticket for the season. Cheaper than i was expecting. The $2025 section is good, but very limited. Will be going for 4 tickets in the $1575 section, hoping they don't sell out before i get a chance. Even the $1080 section is good.

For anyone that hasn't been to the Coliseum, do not buy tickets in the front section, very bottom. YOu'll have a bad view of the field. Better to be up higher than as close as possible. Tickets can be purchased in late April through July. Details in case anyone is wondering:

All deposit holders will be divided into groups based on the date and time of their deposit.
Each group will receive a detailed digital information packet via email 5 - 7 days before their dedicated on-sale window. That packet will walk you through the purchasing process step by step.
Following receipt of the packet, those deposit holders will receive an email outlining their dedicated window and online link to purchase their 2016 season tickets.

BOOM!!!!!!

sometimes you gotta pay to fill a position thats in dire need. They gave up a ton, but Wentz is that dude. A couple of the picks they trades were picks given to us for trading Bradford (2nd rd) and losing Jenkins (3rd rd).

PUMPED.

Ready to start talking about season tickets. This probably made some people want tickets now.

Welcome to LA Wentz.

You guys think that it'll be Wentz? I'm really not a fan of giving up that much for one player but if he ends up being an elite QB, then **** it. Those are hard to come by.

Just don't want this to turn out like the RG3 trade did for Washington

I saw Wentz play and the only knock that the pundits are saying is he comes from small school. They said the same thing about Joe Flacco too. I would make the trade in a heartbeat if he turns out to be a Flacco level player.

I started to think Goff could also be the guy. It would be a sneaky way of getting Goff. Goff is a natural QB. Some dudes were born to be a QB. Smart as hell, cannon of an arm. I see Rogers in him, at times.

Wentz is probably the higher ceiling guy. Yeah his competition wasnt the best, but watch his highlight tape and you'll be in awe. And he's ridiculously athletic. Boy can move.

To me though, he would be tremendous with Chip Kelly.

Either way, I'm happy with either. I was always a Goff guy (seen him too many times being a pac-12 guy) but someone sold me on Wentz.

Sooooo, being new to this WTF are they doing? Are any of these QBs worth it? Should have just waited until DeShaun left next year...this has all the makings of Sam Bradford again.

Even if it doesn't pan out, it'll never be as bad as Bradford. Wentz ain't getting paid nowhere near as much on his rookie contract

Yea the money is different, but jeez the amount of picks for this Weinz guy or Goff? No thanks.

going to be new to following a football team. i have no idea who the team has outside of gurley

i have no idea how the OLINE looks but hopefully with drafting a QB with the #1, they can also get some WR's to help him out ala david carr and blake bortles..
