Ebay seller wants me to ship to another address

Hey guys long story short I sold ultraboost about a month ago on ebay. The guy had no feedback. Asked me if I could ship to the Philippines. He gave me a address in Maryland which I shipped too. I got the package back sayin ivalid address. I reached out to him 3 weeks ago multiple times. He finally answered me today asking to ship to the same address with his friends name. Hes saying she didnt no about the package thats why it got sent back. Pretty much I would lose money if i reshipped to him. Does this sound fishy?

You'd have to tell him to resend payment for shipping . If he doesn't say ok that's his problem

Better off refunding buyer. Getting fees back from eBay & relist item. Will save you the headache.
