10 Cloverfield Lane Vol. Secret Cloverfield movie OUT NOW! Vol: Spoiler Warning

Movie wasn't paced well and dragged a bit while they were doing things like putting together puzzles.

Otherwise it could have been good. It was ok though in my opinion.

Movie would be 1000x better if it went with a nuclear fallout theme instead of aliens, to be honest.

This might be the dog owner in me but I would at least try to save my damn pigs.

Man how do yall come up with these opinions lol? Literally every review I've seen said it was super suspenseful and paced perfectly. What movies yall like, fast and furious lol?

Come on man, that's a reach. This movie had some boring moments in that bunker.

What was boring? I guess if your attention span is no longer than 5 mins I could see that. It was never supposed to be an action flick.

Had a chance to watch last night.

I thought the movie was fine and paced well. John Goodman did a fantastic job playing Howard. There was def a psychological thriller aspect to the film. As most of the people in this thread have said already, the movie picks up VERY quickly during the last 10 mins. With that being said, I thought the ending could've been better. It almost felt very corny and predictable.

Not sure where some of you are coming from when saying the movie was boring. I was pretty much at the edge of my seat throughout the entire movie trying to piece together everything.

I'd give it a 8.5/10. Would watch again if it was on TV or something.

Finally saw it yesterday and I highly enjoyed this movie. I agree that if it wasn't for the last 10 min, it really has nothing to do with the first movie but idc, Mary Elizabeth is truly bae though :wow:

It was cool until the aliens and then one bottle destroying a spaceship. Waste of money.

When Howard was fixing the light bulb in michelle's room, I felt that scene told us that there is a connection to cloverfield. Anybody catch the letter that was shown when michelle was in the air filter room?

I liked the movie. It was suspenseful and paced very well until the ending. The whole time you werent sure if Goodman was lying or not, even after the neighbor lady came to the door with her face all red and stuff.

Goodman was terrific, as everyone has said. At times he seemed totally believabe and stable...and then youn realize he probably kidnapped , molested and killed that other girl.

Ending felt forced. And Michelle was so calm through everything lol She made that mulatov in a heartbeat.

When the neighbor lady came to the door I immediately thought Goodman poisoned the town or something.

I saw it as a symbol with the two lights in the room connecting the two movies. that scene just stood out for me but I may reaching when thinking about it. This is what happen when you watch LOST, you start over analyzing.
